New update, and terrible support. The call keeps dropping after an outstanding 30-minute minimum wait time. This rollout could have included the fact that you'd have to re-enroll to the mobile banking service in the initial email. Also, could have better prepared for the call volume expected since access was switched on a whim.

I visited this branch on January 21, 2025, to inquire about opening a business account. I was told I needed an EIN and was assured that they would be happy to help once I had it. No problem—I got my EIN and returned on January 22, 2025. At that point, I was informed that I also needed a business certificate. I asked if there was anything else I would need so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips, and I was told that the certificate was the last item required.
I quickly obtained my business certificate and returned on January 23, 2025, with all the requested documents. After submitting my paperwork and waiting for the process to move forward, I was told that they couldn’t open my account that day because they were too busy and that I should come back the next day.
Who has the time to keep taking off from work just to keep coming back to a branch because they are too busy? It doesn’t make sense, and it’s incredibly inconvenient. The customer service at this branch really needs improvement to ensure a better experience for customers. (There are a few girls who have been there for years and are amazing including Caira)

Please please fix the video banker itm timing . Because I’m there waiting and waiting than it cancels by it self and I loose my spot on the video call . Than. Do it again and if the tellers are busy again it will cancel me again . Why not just let men wait and not cancel the video call automatically

Worst bank ever refuse to cash a business check drawn of their bank and basically accused all of there customers of fraud

Due to road construction it can be a little backed up but otherwise than that and the errors they have been having in mobile apps they seem to have a great pleasant atmosphere

Complete waste of time for any person seriously interested in their finances. Wasted over a month of my time on an inquiry for a HELOC. All my inquiries were riddled with inaccurate and unhelpful answers.

Absolute horrible place of business with a name like people's bank you think it'd be a bank of the general public but don't be mistaken this bank will gouge and screw over their customers in any chance they can and any situation regardless of the circumstance and to add insult to injury they copy and paste a corporate response to my reviews on their multiple branches see people's bank Springfield or 16 acres branches

This location is near and dear to my heart. The service is exceptional, family oriented environment. The associates working at this location take their time to meet your needs and are very knowledgeable. I have referred several friends and family members to this location and they are all very pleased.
