First time coming here and I was impressed with the variety of products and how well organized the store was. The Dirty Dog self wash area is something that I want to try with my dog, definitely will be back.

Pleasantly surprised they had a great supply of most things that I saw. We bought a small fence for camping and I wanted 2 of them, I told the cashier that I took the last one. She got the manager right over and he made a copy of my receipt and told me it'll be om the next delivery and he'd call us when it arrived. Not used to any good customer service like that.

I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus for their self-service pet wash, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. The middle dryer was not working, and the area was completely full, leaving my pup shivering and cold. I had to wait until someone else finished to move him to a different wash station in order to use the dryer.
Additionally, the area was not clean and did not appear to be sanitized. When I called to inquire about the non-functional dryer, I was told, "It's been out for a while, sorry about that." This response was frustrating, as I expect all equipment to be operational if I'm paying for the full self-service package.
It's essential that the dryers, washers, shampoo, and towels are all stocked, clean, sanitized, and in working order. This experience was far from what I expected, and I hope improvements are made soon.

Great place to give your dog a bath. There are always plenty of towels to dry your pup off and they have waterproof aprons to help keep you dry. They also have a huge selection of natural treats for after the bath.

Dog wash is awesome the Dog Treats isle was loaded with all kinds of treats to choose from fair amount of Dog Foods they even had a Taste of the Wild food that Petco does not sell the Grass fed also the only pet store that I ever seen had coffee and donuts for the customers even if it's only once in a blue moon that's super cool

Great selection, decent prices, friendly and helpful staff. They do have a self dog wash station which is great. I love their reward systems and hope it never goes away. I like that it’s locally owned too.

Went to get crickets for my critters. I have Never had a problem getting crickets at pet supplies plus before but when I asked for my normal 200 supply the attendant said no they would never bag that many for me and she could maybe do 50. When I told her I have been coming to pet supplies plus for over a year and every week have gotten 200 with no issue she said they could do 100 tops. Again, I have NEVER had an issue here getting the number of crickets I need. I will Not he coming back to this store.
