This petco is housing up to 5 bearded dragons in the same enclosure. Bearded dragons are very territorial animals, and while they are small now, as the age they WILL begin to fight with eachother.
They should be separated into individual enclosures.

Refused to sell fish despite us having a tank already set up at home and was very rude. Told us our tank set up wasn’t enough even thought other employees told us our tank was good.

Petco is the place to go for all your pet needs . My little dog eat ginger loves going in Petco she loves it to pick up dog food for her big brother. Petco is a place to go. I would highly recommend Petco.

I was ready to pay almost $100 for a full cut and wash for my 7lb small shnoodle but my 9month old wasn’t there for 15min before they gave up and said they couldn’t do anything cause it was her first cut and couldn’t sit still …. So I left went to marshals and bought my own groomer set for $50 and got it all done myself at home! It’s not the best but I sure am happy with how it came out! I would say a few more try’s and I’ll be a professional my self ! Thanks petco for barely trying cause I don’t see the need to ever come back! Also when I watched from a far she looked as if my pup was annoying her and they didn’t even attempt much of any thing even when i offered to by some treats like peanut butter spread and they said they couldn’t give it to her cause she could be allergic but only after the groom they can give her a treat .. don’t see how that makes sense cause they could be allergic to the treat as well then if that’s the case ! I just will never come back not even to by a treat I’ll just stay going to pet discount

There is one specific groomer at the Boston Rd Springfield Ma location that is absolutely wonderful.
Her name is Alex.
She treats each and every dog as if they were her own.
Our 17 year old deaf dog doesn’t like the vet or to have his nails trimmed. Alex has a calm demeanor and is able to trim his nails without trauma or incident.
In this world many excellent service workers are not appreciated.
Alex is appreciated!

Petco in Sturbridge is a nice clean store. Staff was very helpful. Employee helped me carry 70 gallon aquarium we bought out to our vehicle and load it.
