Went in to pick up my Uber Eats order. The manager stood in front of the bathroom’s breaking up boxes and exclaimed she does not open the bathroom for anyone. As a gas station that’s open so late, why not just let people or customers use the bathroom? What if someone was having an emergency and needed to relieve themselves or worse a pregnant lady or child. Doesn’t seem right to me. You shouldn’t be allowed to denied access to the bathroom to people. Why even be open that late if that’s the case.

Nice place all except for the bathroom having absolutely no tissues in the women's bathroom. The rest of the place was very clean and tidy. Very cheap cigarettes and chips. Fuel was cheap also.

Would give 0 stars bcz truck stop should have parking more than 2hrs.I had arrived in night time for my sleep guy came in the morning banging every truck and said to leave the truck stop. As they only allow 2 hrs parking here.

So this gas station supposed to be a truck stop, am I right or wrong? So I've been driving all night long I pulled up to this gas station at 3am in the morning to used the bathroom to hear the bathroom is closed, what kind of truck stop closes the bathrooms for people who actually uses these truck stops? I had 2 kids, plus my wife and I to be told no we can't use the bathroom. You should not be open 24/7 if we can't use the service we need. And I am speaking for everyone who comes to this gas station. I don't know what happened in Springfield that you would tell a customer no, but what I do know it is wrong to tell a child they can't use the bathroom when you been on the road more than 10 hours and it's the 1st gas station off the highway.

This place is the worst place never anyone at diesel area the attendant today at 5:30 pm decide to tell me she is busy to wait or come back later (she was talking to someone employee then she come to me like a gangster asking what I want with an attitude so I asked her for her name she said ask someone not her ,I had to go buy my diesel in Chicopee and my mudflaps

It's the worst truck stop I've ever seen in my life.They say they don't have showers because they don't feel like cleaning them. Employees at this site are rude and don't seem to want to do their job.My questions remain unansweredPlus they don't pay any attention to youDisgust and waste of timeI advise you that it is not worth stopping by here.
