Don’t even bother trying reach a live person if the automated options don’t answer your question. Can’t imagine what this must be like for an elderly or infirmed person. Push people to use your automation, but remember you can’t predict every possible question and give them a way to reach a live person.

Wow if you need to speak with a representative, FORGET IT! This is all AI or pre-recorded business! Its ridiculous. I know this is how every business etc works now but this has to do with medical issues. It’s all about money! Sadly I’m leaving my doctors office. I can’t go to Quest anymore!

Long wait today... I've been coming here for my health insurance annual biometric screen for 4 or 5 years. The facility is easy to get to and the staff is always very nice. I normally don't have to wait long and frequently have been called in earlier than my appointment time. This years visit, the office was extremely busy. I took the last available spot in the parking lot, and there were only a few empty chairs in the waiting room. I had an appointment, but was taken in 25 minutes after my scheduled time. Not terrible for how busy they were. I was told Monday's are their busiest day. I'll avoid Monday's in the future.

This place over books appointment slots. If you have an appointment be prepared to be there waiting for at least an hour after that appointment unless you're one of the first ones in the morning. With that said the ladies who work here are very nice. I don't do blood draws well and she was very kind and understanding.

I have extremely poor vascular access and require frequent routine bloodwork to manage my health conditions. I have been going to this particular facility for several years now specifically because of two amazing phlebotomists, Mirabel and Jacqueline (Mirabel has since moved into a different position and I now depend solely on Jackie but I am always confident when I see her smiling face that the visit will be a success). These phenomenal women, both highly skilled and exceptionally caring towards all their clients, are the only individuals that are able to regularly obtain the requisite samples from me outside of the hospital setting, where I often require usage of guided imaging and the skills of the in-house IV team or anesthesiologists. Over the years, they have come to know me well and treat me like family. I feel very blessed they are part of my care team and despite the unavoidable discomfort that always comes with attempting to have my blood drawn, I sincerely look forward to my appointments. Your facility is lucky to have these lovely ladies!

The waiting room is always freezing. The two lab techs are incredible but they are running the show. They really need to change this system to have someone be present a front desk person so to speak. It’s crazy how Quesr expects older people to figure out smart phones and digital check ins- then people are frustrated and left for other people like me to help them-
It’s not a good company when you don’t take care of your employees. They are running around with their heads cut off- smiling but still overworked and rushing to get people in and out. I’ve been there twice and the last time for a blood test that was 3 hours - so— they had to take my blood right at the exact times for accurate reading. Do you know how hard that is when she had to come out and help someone with the check in because an older gentleman didn’t know how to do it.
Considering hiring and restructuring.
3 stars for the Quest company but 5 stars for the girls that work there!

In response to the reviewer before me:
They do TAKE appointments. This “phone issue” is a Quest-specific issue (that you can’t call and speak to someone easily) which they do on purpose so you are forced to make the appointment on your own online or do a walk in. It is not reflective of the people at this location. Online you can make an account and there are MANY available hours every single day. As for walk-in, I arrived on a Weds, 1/22/25 at 10:50 AM and the entire place only had one person waiting. So wait times should be minimal.
Self Check-In:
When you check-in on the computer/ipad system it will take a picture of the front and back of your license and insurance card. Not sketchy, it’s normal protocol in every single Quest across all the states I have gone to (in response to other reviewer).
As for my experience:
I have been going to different Quest labs in NYC, MA, upstate NY, and PA. I can tell with that THIS experience has been an absolute shock. Not only are they SUPER clean, modern, and organized - the two staff working (I had Jacky) were SO KIND and welcoming. I had an issue with my appointment check-in (there is a screen you check-in your own since there is no secretary) and Jacky was super super patient and helpful. She also drew my blood SO WELL that I felt no pain which is rare. She is so gentle and competent in her work 👏👏👏
How is it that a Quest lab with only TWO staff not only took me in early, but also had me in and out in less than 10 minutes? I am completely moved by this experience. I have always felt “stuck” going to Quest and hated every single experience. It’s usually dirty, unorganized, chaotic, and the staff are unbelievably rude. I chose to drive 35 minutes to this place because it was the closest to the MA border from where I was, and it was 10000000% worth it. If I could give more stars I would.
Note: for years I have gone to Quest, and this is the first time someone asks me if I am allergic to the rubber band thing they put around your arm.

This place is walk-in only, it's not possible to book appointments with the quest diagnostics phone number. Quick service regardless, I just wish it was clearer that appointments were not possible.

Terrible customer service. Don’t bother trying to call this place. Also, they took my card information when my insurance covered my labs. Weirdos. Sketchy.

Out of all the things I had to do to go back to college, getting a titer test here was by far the least aggravating. I had already made an appointment online, so all my information was already in the system, and all I had to do was scan my QR code and license to check in. The phlebotomist came to get me in minutes after check-in and was very friendly and competent. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Even though my test was done on a Friday, I received the results within 24 hours via MyQuest.
I would recommend Quest to anyone who needs a blood test done. It's a well-run facility that makes it fast and simple to get your tests, especially if you take advantage of the online MyQuest system and appointment scheduler.

I am very impressed with this quest center. I was taken into the draw room on time. The tech was very pleasant, efficient and painlessly drew my blood.
