Incredibly unprofessional facility. My screening orders were for 3:40pm. I drove an hour, arrived for 3:25pm. Just to be told they stop testing at 3:30pm and the courier already came and picked up the lab samples. So they said sorry oh well.

Why is this consistently the best experience I ever have getting my blood drawn? I’ve been in and out of hospitals for years and I’ve had blood drawn a million times but this one girl at this random quest diagnostics in the middle of nowhere is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. I’m a notoriously difficult stick and she always gets me on her first try and it never hurts.

DO NOT GO HERE. Got sent a bill, called and was told it was in error and insurance was taking care of it. Ive never been here and assumed it was maybe from a Covid test (my insurance covers 100% of them). 3 months later get a call from collection company saying it was never paid. Go to call this dump and am told they don't know what I'm talking about because there is no information in their computer that I've ever been here. Yet I have a $167 bill?!

the website tells you to call your local office for forms. once called, local office directed me to call a corporate number that only has voice mail. it took me 30 minutes to talk to somebody with a crabby attitude. way to go

I scheduled an appointment a week prior, drove 40 minutes out here to find out on the front door that it was closed due to a broken door. I had received no email, text, nothing in advance. I called so many phone numbers and could not find a single person to talk to for 30 minutes.

These people are the worst! Do your research on these Quest Diagnostics and their issues with collections. They have been billing me for months for something that was a mistake on their end and refuse to take it off of their collections. Horrible experience and I will avoid this company along with any Dr. who uses them do to their unprofessionalism and lack of common decency for the people who trust them enough to go to them for care. Scam artist who aren't willing to admit fault and who are known for billing issues. Beware & use at your own risk because if they're that careless with something like collections then I can only imagine their attitude towards others internal mistakes and mishaps that can cause you harm.

Sad to see so many bad reviews. Thought I'd share my experiences. I've been having lab work done at this Quest for about 4 years now. I'm always greeted with a welcoming smile by the staff. Out of all the times I've been there, I've only seen the waiting room "full" (5 patients including myself) once. Every other time there have been 1-3 people ahead of me when I arrive. You basically check yourself in too which is awesome! I absolutely HATE having blood work done and avoid it as much as possible. The staff understand my fear and anxiety about it and treat me with respect and kindness. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. I'm always in and out in 10 mins or less and the staff knows what they are doing so I don't have to get stuck a million times. I usually go between 12 and 1 on my lunch break and I still have time to eat before or after. Thank you Quest for making my absolute least favorite task quick, painless, and bearable. And to anyone who complains about waiting.... Make an appointment with them if you are concerned about waiting too long. 😀
