I have a car for 59 days and it giving me problems. They tell me they will fix it. I have to bring it in but now I have to get a rental because I can’t use a car from them when I’m paying the payment two times a month for the vehicle that I purchase from them. This is not cool I’m very unsatisfied right now.

This is the 2nd time we've bought a vehicle from them. Today we dealt with Rudy. Rudy was great and found us the perfect suv for our price range. He was extremely personable and did everything he could to get us the deal we were looking for. Highly recommend my man Rudy.

Initially I thought it was a great buying experience. But, in hindsight I think there were so many things that were off that I didn't realize at the time. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Accent in October of 2019 and was told there was just ONE owner. When I got the car home and looked in the glove compartment there was paperwork with three different names on it. I never asked if the car was in an accident (in the state of MA I've learned that if you don't ask they don't have to tell you) and I didn't run the VIN number. However I got a ding from a grocery cart and went to an auto body shop and they told me there was still white residue on the car in multiple sections front and rear from the previous auto body work and that the car had been in an accident. I actually saw the white residue when he pointed it out and was shocked! Then over time I have started getting paint peeling on the hood (several pretty decent size spots and strips where it has peeled down to the metal, he tried to add paint to one) and also now the fender is peeling too, all on the passenger side. Unbelievable! And, my now husband today went to clean out my air filter and said it had glass in it, likely also from an accident. Wow, I never even thought to ask if the car had been in an accident (I was more preoccupied with qualifying on the car loan) and honestly I don't know how bad the paint on my car is going to get but obviously it was a very bad paint job after a pretty significant accident. I will literally have to have the paint job redone all on my dime. NONE of this was disclosed to me during the buying process. I've learned my lesson and will never have this over sight again. I'm hoping my post will help someone else to be an educated buyer when buying a used car here or at another dealership.On the car loan side of it I signed a contract stating my payments would be every two weeks. To me that translated to TWICE per month. But NO it's not, I have some months where I make THREE payments per month and honestly some people that are on a tight budget may not be okay with this. I reached out to the GM at the dealership and it went no where. So I have some months where I pay close to $600 per month. Again, another thing to watch out for!

Michael was a straight forward guy...the car we got is nice...would have been nice to be offered more than one choice...when I asked about other choices I was told the Subaru was the only one we could get...had a couple issues but they were fixed when we picked the car up

They inspected my car, and kept the report after asking for the report, no call or text back.When I test drove the car, I said front left bearing or rotor needs to be replaced. They never did it. Now I have to fix it.The car was detailed half fast, and I received the car dirty.They sold me a car $3,000 more for what the car is listed on their website. I found out after I was backed into a corner.They are all smart a**es. And cold when you walk in.

I purchased a car from ready credit, and a couple of days later I started to hear some noises and also my brakes were scraping. Brought the car a total of 4 times while the car had warranty. I was told they could not hear any noises AT ALL. But the brakes were cleaned because they had hot spots and cleaned the rotors, I was told if I needed this service to be done again I would have to pay $140 also the reason why the brakes were scrapping was due to the weather. Lol Now why would I have to go back and have this done if nothing is wrong with the brakes. I even spoke to Brian the manager at Balise to see if he would help and he even said there’s nothing wrong at all and he couldn’t hear any noises and not one of the mechanics there heard any noises. Apparently I was the only one hallucinating and hearing the noises. Lol Just want to say I’m so disappointed with the service at this place. Went to Nissan to have my car diagnosed and guess what guys, I needed rear brake pads and rotors which were pretty bad along with a front strut! ?

This is my second time working with Rudy to purchase my second vehicle through them. Both times were an amazing experience. Especially because I didn’t think it was something that was going to be achievable. They really do their best to work with you and get you into a vehicle!

First off the people that work here are truly the best especially their front office staff. Sean O Donnell was the representative I had the pleasure of working with, honestly he is top notch. He was really helpful through the entire process, he even called with updates literally as he received them. I recommend any-everyone to shop for a used car here at Balise and work with their ready credit team if you really want the best experience

They don't listen to my needs and keep the payment. I say it is my highest I can go, which was 450-500.. they were just showing us 1k payments.. doesn't seem they care. Plus, last time I bought it, they put me in an upside down car payment, so I was paying 5000 extra on the car, so it was upside down. Not worth the trip
