One customer reported a very negative interaction with a district manager described as the most rude, judgmental, mean person they had encountered. This manager was accused of not caring about a customer's situation, being unfair, and comparing them negatively to others, focusing only on the business. In contrast, another manager was praised as probably one of the best, a respectful listener who gives the benefit of the doubt, works with customers on payments, and checks in on satisfaction. This manager is the reason that customer continues to rent and even acquire new items. The disparity shows that while the store often offers great service, individual interactions with certain managers can strongly impact the experience.
Yesterday I had a bed delivered past there closing time I was happy with the service I got from the managers at this location the managers themselves brought the bed on their own time I will keep getting my furniture and electronics through them

The staff was friendly and accommodating. He helped me find what was the best option they had in my price range! It's hard to find staff like this now a days, The gentleman's name escapes me at the moment and I really wish I could think of it!
