Don't waste your money at the Cooley St location. On 1/22/2025, I paid for the laser wash that includes the undercarriage. When I drove in, the undercarriage spray did not activate. When I was all the way in, the wash began with a soapy spray and that was just one complete revolution around the car. When that stopped, the rinse cycle activated and again it was one trip around the car. Then the blowers came on. When I pulled out, I purposely stopped as soon as I left the bay to get out and inspect my car. Dirt and grime everywhere and soap scum on all sides. What a waste of time and money. They've lost my business permanently.
UPDATE 1/23/2025:
So based on this response from the owner, he blames the weather for the equipment malfunctions. Prior reviews reflect that this is an ongoing issue at the Cooley St location. I went to another laser wash yesterday after I left Cooley St and received all of the services I paid for without any trouble. I will never return to Cooley St. They certainly do not deserve my business.

Machine did damage to my vehicle and all the owner offered me is a free wash instead of covering me for the damages ….don’t recommend this place at all

Hands down the WORST car wash I’ve ever experienced in my 43 years. Literally leaves your car the same or worse than it was before. Tried to contacting the owner, no response. Warning! Stay away unless you want to lose your money.

UPDATE: changing this to 4 stars because I gave them another shot. Did the $20 wash (wishing I did the $5 wax add on this time though) my car looks amazing! Maybe they fixed their machine? Stay tuned for wash #3...Unfortunately paid $25 because I wanted a CLEAN car. My car looks like it did before I pulled in. Do NOT waste your money going here!

Paid for the most expensive wash with every option including the 5$ diamond simonize treatment, mirrors were dirty, rims were dirty, black streaks under my car badging, junk still on my hood and grill, bed cover still covered in pollen. Worst 25$ I've ever spent. Included some pictures, some you can't see the dirt well in the lighting. Needless to say I'll just wash my own car next time. I guess this is what I get for trying to take the lazy way out.

This place is awful . I called the phone number and left a voicemail because after paying $20 (I know super ridiculous) for a car wash, my vehicle was still super dirty and had this blue stuff all over it. No one responded back. Stay away from this place. We as a society need to stop supporting places that don’t care about their customers!***Update. To no surprise, they never got back to me. Stay away!!!!***

Terrible. Complete waste of money. Just returned from getting my car washed, once home and realized the dirt all over my car I went to a different car wash to get the dirt off. Don’t waste your $$$$!!!

Left my car still dirty. Have gone seveal times and pay top of the line and never comes out completely clean. Have stop going.
