Update: reducing to 1 star. Not because of Patrick but because the truck I bought was a lemon with countless mechanical issues within 30 days. Leaking diesel cooler, faulty diesel exhaust system, faulty power steering, faulty lighting. Ryder refuses to make right.Bought a used box truck. We worked with Patrick who was great. He was helpful and quick to respond.

Sale was good. Service after the sale would be 0 stars but that wasn't an option. The truck I purchased over a month ago has yet been able to pass the Mass safety inspection. The truck was brought 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Ryder service center for warranty work. A week later I received notice it was complete. 1 Hour and 30 minute drive to pick it up.... NOT DONE. Quite frustrated I leave and await another notice. Several weeks later I receive notice and now day 2 of my wife tacking time off work to pickup the truck 1 hour and 30 minutes away. On the way home the check engine light came on for DEF fluid issues. shortly after, a second code come one for LIMP MODE. At this point the truck cant drive or pass the MASS safety inspection. I have had the truck for over a month and have yet been able to use it. After several attempts to make arrangements with the dealer to tow the truck in for service, I have received no response. Emails and phone calls have been ignored. The revenue lost due to the mechanical and administrative issues caused by the Ryder service center has put my business in a very difficult position going into winter. I chose Ryder as a dealer because I thought that a large, nation wide company would have the support system to take care of it's customers. I couldn't have been more wrong. I will NEVER consider purchasing another vehicle from Ryder and will strongly advise against anyone else that mentions the name. After reading MULTIPLE complaint on the Better Business Bureau, I realize I am not the only one with this experience. I only wish I had started with a little research into customer support prior to shopping with Ryder. At this point I am at a total loss for options aside from legal actions. Which I will be moving forward with ASAP.....

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!My friend bought a used truck from them that started to shut off before the warrantee was up. Ryder refuse to help out the situation after spending thousands of dollars with the company. The truck didn’t even pass inspection and they sold it as if it was in good quality. They false advertised their products and have poor customer service. Ryder does bad business they are professional scammers! I dnt recommend this company at all.

Do not spend your money at this place, I bought a truck here since September, the truck has been in the shop since. These people will sit and watch your life get ruined. Be careful of their salesperson Patrick, he is interested before you spend your money but offers no help after. Warranty is also a scam and will try to scam you out of the little warranty they give….STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE. YOU WERE WARNED

They Sold Me A Lemon with a Warranty My truck lasted two weeks after purchasing and it broke down costed me 18000 to Repair warranty took 3 months to cover
