Yamilette who is a store manager on liberty street has the most nastiest attitude. Recently went in to return an item recently purchased (mind you while purchasing her team failed to mention they no longer do returns) and she quickly told me “we do not doPoint refunds. You can go anywhere you want and they aren’t going to return it for you. It’s not written anywhere but management is strictly enforcing” I continued to question Yamilette, because on the receipt it DOES NOT say anything at all about no refunds. So I read it off to her and she quickly gave me CUSTOMER SERVICE number!!!! And said to deal with them. The receipt reads “*must have original receipt dated within 60 days of purchase for REFUND!!!!!!” And this is a manager trying to fight with me and go against what’s STATED on the receipt. So I call the customer service Ms. Yamilette gives me.. spoke with a very kind customer service rep who was VERY CONFUSED on this NO REFUND policy Ms. Yamilette literally argued with me because she says “it’s being strictly enforced.” So the customer service rep I spoke to asked me to hold on while she called store #2288 and spoke with the store manager. Customer service rep gets back to me and says “I’m so sorry that you had to deal with this.. the store manager said she “was a bit confused on the policy” A STORE MANAGER CONFUSED ON THE POLICY SHE WAS ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER ABOUT. And the customer service rep says “you are definitely able to do a refund and now with no problems.. again I am so sorry” 30 minutes later I finally get the correct answer and walk back into the store.. the store manager refused to see me and had her cashier do the refund. No one said anything to me.. just did the refund IN SILENCE. So unacceptable if you ask me.. they don’t even deserve not even one star. Customer service there sucks and you’d expect it to be great customer service seeing how Ms. Yamilette was a store manager. So impolite and LACKS so much compassion! What a nightmare!!! Oh and the kicker is .. I told Ms. Yamilette i was going to go to the better business bureau in which I still plan to.. and she smirks and says “go ‘head.” While I am there stressing out over $50.00 and stressing over this issue and waiting to be connected to customer service Ms. Yamilette continues to smirk so intimidating and rude and sips her cough all while laughing here and there. And she could not even come out to the cash registers and apologizing especially at a time like this. I will be sure to go to the better business bureau about this issue!

Remember if you happen to be nearby when you are out&are a member but your card is at home you can still shop with your busn card number&if you fancy a cheer up self treat&dont have a card everything there is reasonable

When a coustumer is calling store team should have some phone eadicate. Online says 9am-9am ( Black Friday Hours may difer ) employees should be a bit more polite .

Inaccurate open hours online I just wasted my time! Very upset because even though I showed her online hours they still didn't let me in to pay for one idean quickly at 8:05 when online says 9:00pm!

I went to the Springfield plaza location and the doors was locked at 8:20 and the registers where already counted. You guys need to update your wed sight if your not open till 9

Listen yall, I came here about two weeks ago and this worker helped me out so much in what i needed and she was super friendly and she had such a positive attitude and it really impressed me! I RARELY encounter workers at any type of store that be this friendly. Like she was wonderful! I always get annoying workers who seem to be so bothered if i ask for help but this girl was AWESOME! I would want all my employees to be just like her if i ever owned my own business. This is my second review here on google but i just have to say she seems like she has a GREAT personality and i hope she gets a raise & promotion. I even made her write her name on a piece of paper cuz i want SALLYS CORPORATE to know she was an AMAZING help to me as a fellow hairstylist.

This store has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have ever encountered. They literally saved my bleached hair when my husband accidentally overbleached it. I love the staff. I love the products. I love the fact they sell you what you need. It's the best hair supply store ever.
