Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Christopher was so rude - curt, unpleasant, and pushy, he rushed me and the other customers and continually complained about how much he had to do. He told someone on the phone to hold, until "I can get rid of this customer," which was me, standing two feet away from him. He interrupted a man at the back of the line, who was on his cell while he waited, and when the man held up a finger, to indicate "just a minute," Christopher said, "don't you point your finger at me." And after all that, he mixed the paint wrong, twice, but he made it so there was no way I was going back a third time.

I wish I remembered the name of the gent that helped me. I went in early one morning (Monday 10/2) to grab paint for some projects in my home. The guy greeted me immediately, I gave him a verbal list of everything I needed, he remembered it all… said “got it” and started working like a busy bee to fill my order. All while multi tasking and helping other customers coming in and out. Super helpful. Offered to carry everything to my car. Appreciated his help!! The price was reasonable which I wasn’t expecting.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. He assisted me with different colors so that I could see different varieties to go with what I had. He also told me about the quality of different paints.
