  I would say it’s easier to get approved for a mortgage loan than to get approved by this leasing office. Even pay stubs is not enough. An email response from your supervisor is a must. Why don’t you guys call the supervisor? I think it’s a good strategy to get as much $250 (non-refundable) as possible.

  mice mice and MORE MICE. 4 other friends who moved in here, all moved out due to their kids toys being continuously chewed on by mice. i clean up mouse poop in my kitchen daily and i am very clean person. office does nothing about eliminating the problem. dead mice throughout the exterior all the time.
