They just moved me out of my apartment into a condo in Northampton and they absolutely nailed it. Sitterly sent out five really funny, friendly, affable guys and a big truck to my place and they were super fast and efficient in terms of taking stuff apart and being up front with what they did and didn't feel comfortable moving out of my place. They packed up my extensive clothing collection and worked really hard for me all day. Thank you guys so much!! I'll definitely be using Sitterly next time.

Sitterly movers were moving in a downstairs neighbor, and decided to grab a statue in my garden to prop a door open as they moved the neighbor in without asking.I got home and noticed this and I took the statue upstairs, and through my window heard them complaining that I had taken in the statue. When I called them out through my window they started yelling at me and couldn't care less that they had done it.If this is what the company is like to neighbors I can't even imagine what they would do to the people who's things they're charged to move.

What a bunch of thieves!!! They stole from my place of employment while helping move furniture and boxes. They expect us to feed them and they stole employee’s belongings and beverages on a 90 degree day because they didn’t bring their own water. All they did was complain and they were the ones that decided to apply at a moving company! Some guys were really rude and got caught trying to take peoples things. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Sitterly is a terrible moving company. I chose Sitterly to move me from MA to Florida. It was a big move. Not so much furniture but I have a big wood shop and lots of building materials. The furniture I do have is decent solid cherry pieces I've had for years - and through several moves. I paid ~$19k to Sitterly to give you an idea of the size of the move. Though there were hassles (e.g. 'dedicated trucks' ended up making another stop), my main complaints relate to the damage of furniture and tools and to the subsequent claims filing process. Sitterly's expert movers turned out to be well meaning minimum wage workers. It was not fun to watch. Furniture moved on a hand truck with no blanket to protect the surfaces. A desk tilted up to putting all the weight on two legs permanently distorting it. Wood table legs taped together without protection so surfaces are damaged. The list goes on. I'll try to add pictures. Since the move Sitterly has wiped their hands of it, telling me to talk to Atlas. Atlas has been horrible in their own right. Both Sitterly and Atlas have only responded after I've threatened to post a bad review. I'm posting it so you can image how this has proceeded. My suggestion: Do not use Sitterly Movers if you can possibly avoid it.

This place was sub par. They sent out 3 men. Two were new and BARELY new what to do. They brought no food or drink and expected us to feed them. Our house was in boxes so we had no glasses. When they first arrived one of them just wanted to go to the neighbors and grab something free in the yard. They complained they were tired. And one of them was actually crying because he was fighting with his girlfriend on the phone. Once we arrived at our new home the crying gentleman proceeded to put beds together backwards. It took him twice the amount of time. He also put our platform bed together without a center support piece which made the entire (very expensive) hardwood frame crack. I personally called NICK (the manger) twice and left two messages with no call back. This place was pretty bad. They had no clue what they were doing and they were unprofessional. As they were backing out of the driveway one of them was taking about how “we were tortured today” because I didn’t order them pizza. Somewhat comical. But disconcerting seeing the whole thing was thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Of note, they comped us 30 minutes off the bill.

Recently used Sitterly for a large whole home local move..From our first contact with Ryan who did the walk through and estimate, the move went perfect. I did pack all my own items and Nick, the operations dispatcher was so responsive and informative and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The crew working with Barry on both of our days were incredibly polite, friendly, professional and overall just fantastic. A great group of super nice guys! It was 30 years worth of household items and they were super respectful of all my furniture. I definitely recommend Sitterly for anyone planning a move!

So maybe our experience was just a fluke but... We booked Sitterly to move our furniture to our new apartment. They were supposed to arrive at 8:30/9 AM, which was confirmed by phone by them the day before. 9...9:15...nothing. We call their office-- they're closed on Saturdays. We call the salesperson who quoted us-- no answer. Finally, I think around 10 we hear from the sales guy. It turns out that the movers grabbed the paperwork for a move in two days, showed up, the people said, hey you're early, and they left. (Lesson #1: If you grabbed the wrong paperwork, wouldn't you return to the office to get the right paperwork?) Salesperson talks to them and tries to see if they can still come. We hear back. Yes, the movers will come at 11:30/12. It's 12...12:15...nothing. We call salesperson back. Voicemail. (Lesson #2: You already stood us up once, your movers ostensibly have our paperwork and therefore contact number...why aren't they informing us that they'll be late?) We hear back from salesperson. It seems like today won't work, might have to be tomorrow. We say we need to think about it and call back. We do, and insist on today (we've now spent/wasted like 6 hours waiting for movers to come). Salesperson tells us that they're not sure it's going to happen this weekend. We ask if we can talk to the dispatcher. We can't because that person only has a personal cell. (Lesson #3: So if you move on a weekend, there's no one you can contact if there's a problem? Lesson #4: Why can't you come this weekend? Because you're too booked? Can't you give us more information?) The salesperson was nice enough to recommend someone else who was available, but we decided to move everything ourselves because we were so fed up / didn't trust anyone anymore. We've never used movers and thought it would be such a good break. Instead, this experience made our move twice as long. Appreciate that mistakes happen, but this is three in one day (1. AM time missed; 2. PM time missed; 3. Cancellation on same day.)

I would highly recommend Sitterly Movers. Barry, Ryan, Nick & Mark made our move such a positive experience. They were professional, respectful and extremely hard workers. They showed up right on time and got right to work assessing what we needed to move and coming up with a plan to pack the tuck efficiently. One low ceiling did get marked up when moving a couch and they took ownership right away and helped us through the claim process before they left. The quote we received was very accurate and because we had everything packed up for them, which saved time, we came in just under what we were quoted.

We hired Sitterly Movers in April 2021 for a move from one Western Massachusetts town to another. We had a lot of stuff and not a lot of time to move, and they came through for us. Overall I'm happy with my experience with the company. We used their professional packing services and the crew who worked on that aspect of the job packed things well to prevent damage. They packed dozens of boxes and the cost was worth it for us to not have to stress about the process. Upon unpacking, we found that a lot of the boxes had more packing paper than items, however, although that may just be the cautious nature of the business. The move itself went well, as the crew dutifully cleared out our previous home item by item. They did an awesome job with this part of the gig as I previously stated, there was a lot of stuff to move.Upon unpacking at the new house, we did discover some things had been broken during the move. But we purchased the moving valuation during the contract signing for an additional cost, and upon submitting my claim, they sent me a check without any issues. It was as simple as me filling out the form, emailing it, and receiving a check.Overall, I'd say most every crew member who was a part of this was fantastic. Overwhelmingly they were kind, responsive, professional and careful with our belongings. And some of the guys on the team were just amazing people to work alongside and meet. Additionally, since we were doing this during the pandemic, they took caution relative to wearing masks and such, which was greatly appreciated. So was the move perfect? No, things got broken, but I somewhat expected that to happen with a move of our size. But did they follow-up and handle things with professionalism and accept responsibility? Absolutely. And that, to me, makes the difference.I would recommend Sitterly and Relocation Coordinator Joe Santos to a friend or relative without question. Good people and good value for the money, and I'm thankful for their assistance in making my move a smooth one.

Was in a pinch and needed help moving fast. They had about a week or 2 notice... theybwere able to fit me in. Pack. Load and move my stuff out of state. Everyone was nice and professional. The only negative thing was they are hard to get ahold of when you have questions such as when they are coming etc. However they will reply via email within a day. Thats just me being nit picky. Great work. Great team. Took alot of the weight and stress off my move. Recommend them.
