Overall, great experience! The car was new, clean and got us where we needed to go. The branch manager, Ashley, was extremely pleasant and helpful when it came to some concerns we had regarding our reservation.

Terrible place to rent from there prices are not what is advertised. Rented for 5 days it came up to $556 which is outrageous I really needed the car so did it. I bring the car back in a rush so I left the gas on a quarter tank. So I said use some of the money from the deposit. A week later I’m negative 985 dollars from sixt I guess sixt pays $11 per gallon till the tank is on full and they add $1.75 extra ontop of the $11. And any other misc charges adds up to an extra $442. Adds up to 998. Scam

And to top it all off, when I delivered the vehicle, I told him that they had to clean the vehicle better since it had the smell of marijuana and I had to put my son and wife in the car with that unbearable smell and the person who received it and told him that just laughed.

I was a bit skeptical as this was my first rental with SIXT.Location was easy to find, very clean and looked to be well managed. My renting agent, Richard was very gracious and ensured I had the right vehicle for my needs.Looks management has addressed any employee concerns as my experience with some folks mentioned in other reviews was very cordial and I had no monetary or other issues when renting or returning. Perhaps any lemons were either discarded or turned into lemonade.I reserved the car online which was super easy too. I will 100% rent from this location again, and thanks SIXT team for making my entire experience first rate.

I appreciate it how they reminded you to pick up your car hours before time and my customer service from the beginning to the end was very nice and relaxing no problems whatsoever they cater to you I will rent from them again my check out person was very kind and considerate I appreciated him

What a great car rental company! Service was excellent and the whole process was quick. It didn't take long before I was pulling out in my sporty Toyota Camry. So much better than going to the airport to get a rental car. Sixt rent a car is my new go to for when I need a rental car.

Terrible service . Richard was extremely rude . I asked two different people if I can return early and both confirmed I would get my security deposit and one day rental fee back. This was not the case! Steer clear of them!

I had never rented from this company before and having had not-so-hot rental car experiences with other companies in the past, I am always hesitant. I am SO glad I chose to use SIXT, and specifically the Springfield, MA location, because they were phenomenal. I would like to call out the branch manager, Ash. He was terrific to work with and super patient with my zillion questions. Also, I had the opportunity to meet Richard, the owner, and he was wonderful as well. I HIGHLY recommend using them!

Positive rental experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, reliable and economic vehicle. Definitely renting from Sixt again if needed.

So incredibly rude. No sympathy for personal circumstances. Girl at counter should be coached on customer service and provided with an attitude check. Guy was somewhat polite.

Great experience had the car for 17 days from Manager Ash to Manager Richard they were awesome great experience price and car was really nice too.

No consideration if someone makes an appointment 3 hours in advance you should let them know before there appointment if you have the vehicle or not, it is very inconsiderate to wait for someone to get there and tell them you don’t have the vehicle reserved when you could have called.

Worst place to rent from very bad customer service I returned my car after 20 days of renting the vehicle returned the car they guy said I owed 155$ so that was paid didn't say anything about me oweing anything else I look at my account the next day they took out 209$ and there still trying to charge me an extra 425$ and they tell me it's for fees and some other stuff so when I returned the car nobody could tell me exactly what I owed you guys have to wait till a week later and try to charge my account and then I go in the very next day to rent another car and the guy tells me he won't tent to me and they don't take my credit card that I had so he refused my money and refused to help me but how don't you take my credit card when I literally just used it to rent with you guys and they guy had a very bad attitude if I could give zero stars I deff would somebody needs to do something about this rental company and get all new employees very dissatisfied I either want to get another car or want some money back for my hassle
