Red van starting with Livery plates 9900 had no care to yield on a rotary and almost had me hit them. Dangerous driver if you ask me..

White van driver.. 49 on the window. Tailgating and weaving, speeding on the highway half my drive to work today. Wish I got the plates but not a great look for the company!
