I absolutely love this salon. It's clean and professional but with a very laid back vibe that gives me the same vibes as a salon from an old 90s sitcom. Not only is that fun, but if you're anxious and intimidated by salons like me it's a very approachable and comfortable environment. They also have had something playing on the TV both times I've been there, in full view of the whole salon, and that is very helpful if you're never sure how much conversation to make with your tech!
I have seen Sendy both of my visits for an acrylic fill and plan to continue. She is friendly and very quick, and her shaping is EXCELLENT. She does great nail art, and pays a lot of attention to replicating what you're looking for. On my first visit she had quite the project fixing a terrible set done at another salon, and I was impressed at how much time she put into fixing the shape as well as a lot of annoying lumps and bumps of acrylic under my nails.
When it comes to the pricing structure- i think it's great! I do agree with other reviews that charging for shaping seperately is unusual, but I think it's a stroke of genius. Though it can be a bit intimidating at first, when it comes down to it it means you only pay for services you need rather than just paying a flat price for a manicure that may include steps you don't need. I can see how this wouldn't be for you if you really want to get filed down or a new shape at every appt, but if you're willing to get them short and let them grow for a few fills and like to keep a consistent shape you can save money and time at the salon. My most recent set i did not get any shaping/filing and got a beautiful set with art on nearly every finger and it was only 60$! I highly recommend this salon and especially Sendy, but only because she's the only tech there that I've seen, based on observation the other techs did great work as well.

The ladies were super nice, however, I did not expect to pay an extra $20 for take-off and shaping for Gel x, since I was getting another set from them. I thought these should be included in the price ESPECIALLY shaping… what kind of manicure doesn’t require shaping lol. Some of the nail sizes were too big for my nails and hurting the sides of my fingers, and the polish looks super thick and bulky in person.

I paid all this money for my nails and my toes for my toes to be tripping in 4 days and for my nails to be extremely fat I do not recommend this place

I love this place but this time when I went i was not satisfied i was charged 75 for two designs when on the phone they told me 75 for 4 but its all good. And its not about the price but the quality if it atleast looked right I would be alright with it. But then again i never had her before I don't want to talk bad about anyone because she was cool and all and the pedi was great well not the painting part. I will still be going just wont ask for her.
