Hi I just wanted to thank otter storage for working with me being that this is the first time that I’ve had a storage unit with y’all but I would recommend anyone and everyone from renting with them; they are great and very understanding all the way around!! The phone reps are amazing! Yesenia has helped me more than once.
Initially when I was moving from Canada and didnt have a US bank account set up yet and my employer had to delay my apartment for a week while unexpectedly putting me up in a Hotel, I needed a unit that night to unload my packed car. She walked me thru exactly what type of prepaid card I could buy to pay for electronic payments as most prepaid giftcards dont allow for that, even told me that the cvs that sells them was a 1.5 minute drive from the facility and processed a first month move in discount I wasn't expecting.
She then rushed everything thru so I could immediately go to the unit and unload my car.
Today when I called about switching to a bigger unit and a few other questions, she had all the answers and let me know any move in fee would be waved to switch units and that a unit twice the size only cost $4 more a month. Helped me set that up in under 5 minutes.
It's so nice dealing w super friendly, customer service agents who actually know their stuff and aren't just reading off a script. So if you have questions applying online, just know if you call, youll get right through to someone who knows all the answers and will make things easier, not more frustrating. Seriously, thanks Yesenia.

I currently have a storage there, it’s not a bad place. I honestly like it but the time closing time is just way to early 8pm the sundays 530. I’m honestly planning on switching to a different storage because of the time. It’s unfortunate but there’s times I can’t make it to my storage until after 8-9pm. Over not a bad spot.

Joshua was such a huge help, he made the process quick and smooth and stayed on the phone throughout the entire process to make sure I received all receipts and documentation. He answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I had the correct addresses for each unit. Give Joshua a HUGE RAISE he was FANTASTIC.
