The store gave me a receipt saying that it refunded me my $11.90 back to my card when I go back to look at my account two days later there's still no refund in my account but it shows that the $11.90 was removed from my account

Walked in the store, wasn't chased around by an associate, found the chair I wanted, paid for it and left with it. Simple and quick shopping with no bullshit. Perfect.

Customer Service was HORRIBLE!! I stopped in after work to make some quick copies. I politely asked a few questions and the woman working had a nasty attitude and acted as though she had no time or even cared. I wanted to print something on cardstock and didn’t realize I couldn’t do so on the self service printers. She informed me that she would have to print it. So I waited for her to finish up with a customer and instead of her helping me she helped a line of people who came in after me. By this time I spent about 40mins in there and still no copies. When she finally came to help she tells me she can’t do anything with the code I received from the print email that she told me to use. Then she tells me I have to send it to another email. Long story short I spent an hour in the store and never got my copies. It was a complete waste of my time 😡. Horrible customer service!!!

I want to say Thank you and shout out to Mike who assisted my mother in law and I with a few Amazon returns and when I say a few, I had 3. But my MIL just kept pulling them out, even my eyebrows were raised..? but he was so patient and even pointed out that there was a package that she may have missed, and there was. We are both very appreciative and understand that the customer service industry can be trying so we’re just saying thanks for being patient with us today

Rude employees and they didn't carry any of the basic computer accessories I needed. Every time I walk into that store, it's being run by different insufferable people. Come on now.

Customer service was so bad it's laughable. Cashier was unable to enter a discount code... His first action should have been to call someone over... He just stood there hoping I would drop the issue. I had to ask him to get someone (there were other staff there). He then says "She's having a problem entering the code." NO... Actually, YOU are (ugh, zero accountability). The so-called manager wasn't helpful and was visibly annoyed at having to come over. The cherry on this sundae was being handed the BARE multiple items with no bag. I had to ask for a bag 3 times before being acknowledged. At least try a LITTLE to do your job. I feel sorry for anyone who finds this acceptable. Would you like loose items left at your door? Exposed? No bag? Do better. This order wasn't even for me and, unlike some people, I actually take pride in good customer service. The standards I hold for myself are higher than even for a Staples cashier who looked out of it and was completely indifferent. Ugh.
