I knew I needed brakes. I knew this. But I thought... maybe a few more miles, right? Next paycheck. Or the next one... Then one afternoon I was driving down Mt Tom in low gear and every time I applied the brakes it sounded like a howler monkey in heat. Time for a brake job!
I walked into Steve's on my lunch break, and they said they could have it done before I got out of work. They were fast, did the job right, and the price was perfectly reasonable.
My only problem now is that when I back out of parking spaces, pedestrians don't hear the screeching metal warning noise they used to get :-D
All in, Steve's is 5 silent Stars!

Steve's has been the best place for alignments done right for many years. I just visited them again for another alignment. I was originally told they had nothing available for a couple days. I expressed i needed an alignment sooner rather than later because I was headed out of town. Roger said he would squeeze me in. I was in and out like I had an appointment. These guys have always been top notch. Not only in their work, but also customer service. It's nice to see they still do things the old fashioned way by providing supreme customer service. Thank you again Roger!

Love this shop Ive brought my 81' Malibu since the 1st time it needed brake work back when I 1st bought it also for alignments. Ive also brought my GFs 04' Lexus RX330 for alignments, and their prices never broke my bank. The guy who usually does the work on my car is great at relaying info once the work is finished. He discovered why my GF's lexus was making an odd humming sound during particular MPHs (ended up being a worn pinion bearing) after we had brought it to a different shop multiple times in the past.

I have to give this shop 5 stars. I brought my fiancée’s car here for an alignment. During the process, another issue arose. When I identified the issue that arose, Roger sat down and spoke with me about it. Being an honest and fair person, Roger was accountable and did not try to fabricate any stories as to what may have occurred. He recognized the issue and took care of the problem at no additional cost. Other shops would have been dishonest, avoid any accountability or responsibility, and very likely would not be so willing to work with the customer to resolve the problem. The car drives beautifully now and has absolutely no issues. Thank you Roger and team! If you’re looking for an honest and highly experienced place to bring your vehicle, look no further.

I just wanted to share my experience,
Went for Alignment after one week booking on September.
The person did the alignment he did it and said was only off and should be good to go.
No print out to see any green what he did.
I noticed still the car going to the right!
I have new tires and I don’t want to miss up my tires. So I went after a week to the same Tec guy and he refused to check it or even to meet me! Very rude and disrespectful! Was all through the lady on the office! She said he did before and we have the brain and majestic touch experience! ( that’s was his message to the lady)
If they have the magic touch and not using the technology for print out why they have google the technology for that!
Anyway I went to another place to see if the printout right or wrong to be fair.
He was wrong mr. Tech
I have the print out right now for new alignment in different place.
I should get my money back.
Just disrespecting to deal with the clients!
No body is perfect Ya mr. Perfect!

They are the best. I’ve been going to them for years, both with my Oldsmobile and my RAV4. Roger put a manual air shock system in my Oldsmobile years ago and he’s awesome at fixing the issues with my RAV4. Always reasonable with pricing and getting my vehicle back either the same day or the next day. Also very honest mechanic. I wouldn’t trust any other shop with my brakes and suspension.

I went here because it was very highly rated by my friends in the automotive field's. I have always had bad luck with alignments. This place did a perfect job on my 13 year old eclipse that has never had an alignment before and it needed one bad, my steering wheel was way off center because of engine replacement. If you are picky about your car this is the place to go.
