Not enough registers open, or trained staff. Peoples Stop & Shop rewards cards were not getting recognized and we’re not getting the discounts. We had to go to the service desk for them to fix their error. Spent an extra hour in the store because of this. Doesn’t happen at big Y.

Anytime you come here, be prepared to spend more time waiting in line than you do shopping. 2 registers open and the employees have 0 hustle. I've been coming here for over 20 years and in the last 2 it has drastically declined.

This store never has enough registers open. The self checkout is so sensitive its not worth using if you have more than a few items. The only good thing is the people at the deli have been nice.

Closer to my home, competitive price, and great produce. It's in a great location along with other business that I usually visit. The deli department is my first stop, great deals on ham.

I have shopped at Stop & Shop my entire adult life. I'm sad to say that I doubt highly I'll be going back to shop there. I went this afternoon, Saturday, during the day. BUSY time for grocery shopping. The had 2 registers open. TWO. They have self check out there I believe it's 6 registers. The line(s) at the register was ridiculous and even worse at the self check out. Which leads to me this comment. I go into this store. Shop. Check myself out. Bag my groceries. AND pay. What's wrong with this picture?? All while the prices (which used to be really reasonable) are off the hook. I paid almost $3 for salt! Salt used to cost like .89. $3, really?!? Whatever happened to customer service? The woman who checked me out didn't say hello. Didn't say thank you. Didn't say you're welcome. It doesn't cost a thing to smile. OR have manners. I get that all the stores are going to self check out and are saving a lot of money as they don't have to pay employees so one would think you'd see some break in the prices. I'm done with my rant. Oh yes AND we have to pay for paper bags. UNbelievable.

Update. Still issues with registers being open. I have had to repeatedly ask for registers to be opened to accommodate the long line of customers waiting to cash out. Not one cart in the store. Sign outside said flu and covid shots available today. When I inquired covid only Monday thru Friday by appointment. Only 2 registers open with 15 people in line. Since I am not a employee I won't use self checkouts. Aldo didn't give me one of my electronic discounts so that was another wait in line. Very disappointing since I usually shop here but they are making it difficult.

Idk why they continuously stock moldy fruits and veggies. These are CLEARLY disgusting. You can see from afar that it's not fresh. This has been going on over 2 years.

Yes went in and shopped. I got home after spending over 150 and not 1 but both the large packs of hamburger meat was rotten. Who ever packed had to have known because it stank so bad. Maybe you need to get new meat packets. This is second time I shopped there and the first got bad chicken. Never go back again.

The registers that only have the circle bagging area are the absolute worst!!!!!!!! The worst!!!! Also, I was there 6/22 in the evening and the cashier literally piled the groceries until they were falling and just watched me while I bagged. Like stopped scanning and waited for me to bag before he kept scanning. Didn't even attempt to help me bag. I bag my own stuff all the time. But it's not ok when they don't attempt to help, especially when there is no room and you're spilling and crushing my groceries.

Wanted to let you know that I had the privilege of having Joshua-Mark as my cashier. I've given keynotes to various retailers internationally on how to provide outstanding guest experience, and this gentleman is among the very best I've seen. Way to go Joshua-Mark!I want to add that the entire store seems very happy and helpful. I had the chance to speak with manager, Michael, and mentioned to him you can always spot a great manager by how his staff presents themselves. He is doing an extraordinary job at this location.

They have great sales but they are so expensive like most grocery stores. Store looks good and personel is friendly and helpful

Nice store. Better stocked than most of them. Plenty of parking. Inside the store was clean and well organized. Interaction with staff was pleasant. My favorite Stop and Shop.
