Today at 5:17 pm I approached the front of the register and waited until the person ahead of me was served.I was just purchasing cookies so I went to the register in order to do so. I was ignored and orders were taken for two customers that came in after me. Ultimately I walked out and did not purchase anything.

This place was a mess and didn't feel like food was safe to eat. I saw mold and counters very dirty. I went today at 3/12/22 at around 3:25. I took pictures too, I didn't get her name but the girl was so jumpy about mask but place is disgusting. She said they were to busy to clean. she move one food container and you can see the mold on the water under the vegetables container. They should train better their employees to keep place clean.

This Subway is very similar to most others that I have seen. However, being in the iconic Springfield Union Station, one can grab a quick, healthy bite before boarding a bus or Amtrak or CTail train. Receive an educational history lesson by walking around the iconic station that has been lovingly restored and re-opened in summer 2017.

Had a little trouble getting my favorite toppings on my sandwich, but Debbie the manager made some adjustments to my order, and I left as a happy customer! That's what I like, a company that values my business.

The employee was in the back on her phone and she gave attitude when we were going to order. She made the sandwich fast and sloppy. She didnt even cut it evenly

All employees were in the back and left me waiting in line, was not greeted or acknowledged; even after being seen by a two employees that walked in and out of the back. Needless to say, I left. This location is ghetto and has terrible customer service. Can't expect anything more from good 'ole Springfield.

Maybe it's because I'm small but the girl making my sandwich was really skimpy with the toppings. As I was deciding what I wanted she started tapping the knife on the counter.
