Van always takes time to do a manicure, pedicure or gel nails to perfection. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend them as the place to go.

Just came here to get a nail redone from a different salon and they took me, was very rude as soon as I walked in there and nail was shorter and looked nothing like the other ones when I told her this in a polite way she wouldn’t fix it and cut it off and told me to leave. Very rude customer service will never come back here.

What I wanted and what I got! Can’t complain she did a great job I had never liked the nails that been done in me until today! I might just keep doing the same design. She was delicate and nice can tell she loves what she does.

Horrible service. No communication at all as I sat waiting for an hour. Once I got up to leave she chose to speak but I just left without service. Wont ever return.

On May 3, 2024 I went here to get my eyebrows done and my lip and let me tell you as the lady started to do my eyebrows. They were so sloppy she did my lip wax went onto my cheeks. Then after she was using a used razor, I felt it on a side of my cheek. I asked her what are you doing? I said did you use a razor on my on my face she said yes and I said oh my God was it a used razor she goes yeah I said oh my goodness, please give me some alcohol so I can wipe it off so just to say make sure when you go there you watch out because they’re trying to rush you out so they can rush someone in so make sure they don’t use razors. I pray that nothing happens to me . let’s just say i know the difference from tweezers and a razor on your face. I will never go back there ever again.and I paid 22$ wow and I still had to come home and clean up what she didn’t do right and I have wax all over my cheek?

First time and I love it! I was doubtful at first because I used to go to another place for a long time but my nail tech move so it was far away for me, decided to go to this place and Yen was really nice and professional so this is my new place now to get my nails done ?

The shop lacks professionalism and doesn't take pride in their work. Quick to get an attitude if the customer is not happy with a service. Overall, it's all about money and not customer satisfaction. Definitely would not go back to this place.
