This year's taxes were the easiest I've ever had done before!! Bill and his secretary Ramy are very professional and have amazing customers service skills!! I got to sit and relax in the conference room while my taxes were being done. And you can also send your taxes electronically so you don't have to wait to be done when you get there just sit and go over it! Bill got me triple what I got year going to H and R Block!
