Came here to get mud flaps on my vehicle and rain guard and a lip in the front.
Guy just told me he was closed, wasn't taking nobody in. Didn't offer no appointment or nothing very unprofessional. Don't come here at all.

I was so fortunate that I stopped here when my check engine light came on and my car began to stall out on the interstate a 6 hour drive from home. They were able to fit me in as a walk in, and they diagnosed my problem and got me back on the road again in only a few hours. Friendly, professional, great service!

Taylor auto service provides excellent customer service and auto service. We have been customers for years! They are honest with us every time and always do what's best for our car and our pocket. They never over sell you with stuff you don't need. They keep us safe in our cars! We have also bought many cars from them as well. Top notch service in Springfield!

I've been using Taylor Auto for over 15 years to service and repair my vehicles and I wouldn't use another place. They are curtious, well trained, and knowledable people. They've always give me a fair price for repairs, a couple of times even let me pay for the repairs in payments when i didn't have the money. These folks were a God send when i needed help.Its a family owned business that provideds awesome service. PJ is the lead mehcanic now and he's great. Always explains the repairs needed, gives me a low-down on the parts costs, and even offers to give me a break if I want to try and get the part at a junkyard. I can't say enough good things about the people and service at this place. I've recommeded them to everyone that has needed a repair and they were all glad I did. Thanks, Taylor Auto. You guys are awesome.

The entire crew that I interacted was friendly, patient, and eager; willing to talk me through things, and get my car properly in line for inspection without making me feel like an idiot. Went in for a ball joint and exhaust leak. They could not have done a better job for a better price. Very professional and got the rig back same day. Will be my new primary mechanic

Brought my truck on 3-28-23 taylor st auto.steering column locked up told me to get column.was not the right one order and truck sat thier my truck was trashed and my tool were stolen.picked up the truck4-10-23 no reason why they didnt want to do job .discriminated they done other jobs on my truck
