When the East Longmeadow branch closed, where I had gone for decades, I was NOT looking forward to going to a new branch. The staff here were warm and welcoming right from the start. They have all been very friendly and helpful no matter who I dealt with. I have found a new home and am happy to be here. The staff is excellent...
