Got here a little over 5 minutes early, and I've been waiting an hour! No one called me back to the window to apologize or say how much longer - Nothing! I had to go up myself (after 45 min)In 2 minutes, I leave (exactly an hour from the appointment time). I've always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but not today. ?

UPDATEDTrinity Health of Newengland took this office and plowed it straight into the ground since they took ownership 3 or 4 years ago. Most of my doctors have left to go elsewhere. Most of my caregivers have left to go elsewhere. You can hardly ever get to speak with your doctor. When you have a sick visit, they talk with you for 5 minutes max and then move on and all the paper is administered by other staff. In some cases nurse practicianers are writing prescriptions and meeting you and then your pcp will sign off on the prescription. If you leave questions or ask for results via MyChart, at least half of the time you never hear anything back. When you do, you usually have to ask 3 or 4 times before you do. If they write you a prescription and you aren't in the office, most of the time they won't tell you in mychart or call you and just rely on the pharmacy to call you. Most of their specialty departments are gone. Closed down. So much for integrated care. Now they dropped my damn insurance (Cigna) and I have to outsource everything to in network providers when all my care was here for the past 10 years. I am absolutely disgusted.I have worked in Healthcare environments for years. I have never seen such a quick ruination of a medical practice in my life. It's absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT REQUEST TO BECOME A PATIENT UNLESS ALL OTHER OPTIONS ARE EXHAUSTED. I AM LEAVING SOON. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.----Old review - 5 starsI've gone here for many years and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Reading other reviewers I kind of feel like I'm in an alternate reality. Reading the bad reviews I seem to see one common thread. They don't understand how a PCP works and they want it to work more like an ER or urgent care. This is not either people. No you cannot get an appointment at the drop of a hat. No you cannot just walk in. No you can't just get immediate random labs. This is for long term *managed* care. Plus I've never had rude service. Perhaps its because my expectations are more realistic. I couldn't be happier. I was actually fretting having to move because I didn't want to lose my managed integrated care here.

Attempted to schedule a PCR, over a year wait time. Apparently if you are shocked at that wait, they will hang up the phone on you.

I have yet to have a good experience with this place. It seems like the staff have no clue what they’re talking about and are SO RUDE. I am always getting conflicting information. This place is a complete joke. Train your staff and get it together.

Very clean, and service was fast. Front desk was very friendly. I was seen on the Obstetrics & Gynecology side and the DO Elizabeth was very delightful and extremely informative. The staff in the back was also very friendly and so the best to make you feel comfortable.

ZERO STARS!!!!! Don’t take your children here, run! This office is the worst office I’ve ever stepped foot in, the customer service is disgusting and they are HIGHLY racist! They only have Spanish magazines in their waiting room, none in English. They will constantly assume you live in Springfield or are low class, and they will always ask if you’re on some kind of assistance programs. While there is nothing wrong with government run programs, stop assuming everyone there is one group. I have asked questions on my chart that are ignored time after time. The staff is extremely rude and will hang up on you or disconnect. If you’re there and trying to check in, they’ll ignore you and remain on their phones while eating with their mouths wide open while also talking poorly about patients ….OH AND TWICE, my husband and I have been handed the wrong paper work with ofher children’s names and information on them… talk about HIPPA!!!! I could go on but maybe someone from management will take the time to reach out to me!?? Stay away.

The place is always busy and the staff seems overworked. I like the people I saw but currently offers no new doctors for new patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been taking my family to Trinity Health since it was Riverbend. Since the pandemic, they never have sick appointments available for my children and you wait on hold to talk to a receptionist for hours. There response is to go the ER for a common cold and congestion because they don't have any appointments available. Getting my kids out of trinity health as fast as possible. We are close to the end of the pandemic there should be no reason to be on hold for hours to talk to a receptionist or nurse and there should be sick appointments available when you need them. This last time they asked to hear my child's chest congestion through the phone! They made the decision for me to take him to the ER which I did because the nurse sounded very concerned. After 8 hours in the emergency room, the ER doctor said my son didn't have any chest congestion and tested positive for the common cold. The ER actually apologized to me for having to go there and wait for hours for him to be seen because he is fine. As a result of going there I now have a hefty medical bill for the ER and we all ended up with Strep from being exposed to everything under the sun there. Stay far away from this place if you need medical care for your family. They're borderline negligent.

******WARNING******IF YOU ARE GIVEN A NIPT (Natera or otherwise) DO NOT LET THE LAB USE A BUTTERFLY NEEDLE IT CAN EFFECT THE RESULTS. I can’t believe how my experience has been handled. After a nurse advised me over the phone not to let the lab tech use a butterfly needle for this test the lab tech deliberately used one saying it didn’t matter. My results came back high risk for trisomy 13 and trisomy 18 due to fetal fraction and I was referred to a genetics “counselor” so that they could advise me to have an invasive test with risk to pregnancy (CVS OR AMNIOCENTESIS) I refused the test and asked them to re draw my blood with correct needle and my results came back low risk for everything. They tried to blame it on my BMI but i have confirmed with the rep from Natera that the reason for my fetal fraction result was because the wrong type of needle was used. Be very careful they don’t try to blame things on your BMI that have nothing to do with it. Doctors seem to hate people with BMIs that are higher than they would like.I should probably add that my re draw was done at the Chicopee location a totally different lab and once again the tech seemed aware she had been told not to use a butterfly needle but if it hadn’t been for me asking her not to she would have done it anyway. It’s easier for them. Please be aware these tests are not regulated by the FDA and apparently no one from this office or Natera is truly checking to see if the techs are performing the test with the correct type of needle which is shocking to me. The midwives seem either unaware or forbidden to speak about the problems with these tests. A google search reveals multiple lawsuits against Natera for misleading claims about the accuracy of their test and the negligence that I experienced has me completely disgusted by both Natera and whoever makes the decision to offer these tests without informed consent. I.e. these tests are not as accurate as they claim and that no one is paying any attention to how the test is being performed therefor they produce inaccurate results. Both CVS testing and amniocentesis are a risk to your unborn child. I am shocked at the oversight and I am hoping that I can warn other women about this so it does not happen to them. If this happens to you contact the attorney general they are keeping track of names of complaints about this company.

I became a patient of Dr skalski at Trinity health he contacted my previous position violating my hippo rights. Shortly after but previously knowing I used oxycodone and morphine medications for chronic pain but after contacting my position he immediately discontinued my pain medication. I have known other patients he has treated in the same fashion. After filing three complaints against him he reinstated my medication. After about 2 years of compliance I missed one urinalysis appointment and he immediately discontinued my medication that I had used since 2002. Dr skalski appeared to enjoy the fact that I no longer had this medication. After making a complaint for reinstatement in June of 2022 I have yet to hear from the administrative narcotic appeal board. Skovski did send me a letter saying he would continue to treat me as a patient and was very interested in ensuring I will participate in the covid vaccination therapy although we had discussed my not being interested in being given the flu shot or the covid vaccination vaccinations. I feel Dr koski is a narcissist and has tendencies of racial dislike. He intentionally took me on as a patient knowing I use pain medication and look for every opportunity to discontinue pain medication for my many injuries. I am 68 years old and use this medication since 2002 and I am not the first patient who he is treated in this manner. He intentionally discontinue my medication with no aftercare plan and I have had extreme detox issues. So I find it so sad any position would treat a patient so inhumane. I will not continue being a patient at Trinity health being treated less than an animal. I believe Trinity health has a history of mistreatment women and particularly African-American women.
