Called in with- you know- a medical concern.... and they made me sit through a 5 minute pitch for a $100 Amazon gift card before letting me talk to anyone who could help with my account. Absolute joke

They continually deny my prescription’s prior authorization. Even my doctor says that their justifications are ridiculous. Their customer service and online help is also horrible.
