Everything went as it should. Checked some other places for hitch install prices and this place was on the low side. Plus they were able to get the parts and get the job done sooner than anyone else. Also, pleasant to deal with.

Uhaul was on point and supportive they showed me flexability in helping me to continue to use the truck when I realized that the storage unit was too small so I needed to wait till the next day to get a bigger size unit.

Efficiency is the word. The app is in sync with the store and the associate appreciated that I used the app and so do I. I got in and out and on my way within 10 minutes. Return was a bit slow with the app but the reps told me that’s best for night time after hours return for faster service and have them check me out. Used 20 years ago and now will gladly use again if needed.
