If the customer's package is not delivered on time, it should be delivered the NEXT day, not 3, 4, or 5 days later; missing the delivery suspense does not give UPS a free pass to deliver whenever.

Left pallet on ground. Driver says its not his job to put pallet on the dock. What? He should read the name on his paycheck. Where do you leave freight if not on the dock.

Nightmare experience. Due to prediction of snow (that never came about) deliveries on 3/7 were cancelled. Delivery rescheduled for 3/9. Notified that morning that shipment "didn't make the truck". No apologies, no justification. Delivery rescheduled for Mon 3/12 between 9a and 11a with promise to call 30 mins prior. Not trusting the promise I remained home which was proven wise as delivery came shortly after 9 and I never received a call. When asked why the driver responded "I don't do that". Began to open large package which clearly agitated the driver. I explained directions noted in ordering was that package needed to be inspected before signing. I explained this to agitated driver who scowled "I don't have time for that!". Though upset by his behavior I ignored him and continued opening. He then stated "I just want to get out of here and get a drink!" (it was approximately 9:30am!). He pulled deliver cart directly in front of my garage entrance, leaned on it an commenced to stared me down. I explained I did not feel comfortable and that I was going to close the garage door and would come out once inspection was conducted. He shoved the paperwork at me and, ironically, didn't have me sign anyway.
