If I could give it 0 stars I would, it is the worst place for shipments there is, they are rude people, do not send your packages with these people, the packages are lost.

I needed to send a packet to my father for his birthday. I didn't have cash. The man told me I can only send a package if I had cash. I thought he was kidding, he wasn't. Are you serious. This is ridiculous. Needless to say, I was unable to send off my package. He even had the nerve to say, "You don't carry cash?". Someone said it before, it's not a real post office.

Do NOT come here to mail anything, you will waste your time and your money! This is NOT usps!!!! I brought an important letter to be mailed, I ask for a priority mail letter it's 1-5 days and a tracking number is provided usually 68 cents, there's supposed to be a barcode they scan to get the priority mail in the system, not this people!!! They gave me a random envelope to mail it in and I wrote the addresses there, fine but then there was no scanning no printing label no tracking number not even a receipt for the 1.15$ cash (cause is cash only!) that I paid. I needed to mail this letter so I said whatever, but I ended up driving back and getting my letter back, it just didn't feel right.. I explained that I asked for priority mail and I needed proof that I dropped off said letter, that it should have been scanned or whatever the girl DID NOT CARE AT ALL. I said I just want my letter back, keep the money.. She just said ok carelessly. Kept my 1.15$ with no problem, whole thing feels sketchy and like a scam, they are not providing a usps service AT All. Extremely poor service, staff is not employed by usps.

Writing this as I just sent a package today but will update if anything changes.Contrary to other reviews, the staff were extremely nice to me and others around me. I talked to 3 people which consisted of a younger gentleman, the older man and the older woman which were all very helpful and quick with me. I didn't feel like they were racist to me at all and same with the other Hispanic guys that were in front of me as well. I dropped the package off at 5PM and by 7PM it departed the store and USPS was in possession of the item.It seems they are improving their business but the only con that remains is that it's cash only. Otherwise they were good to me.

Don’t bother, racist, lazy, inconsiderate, bare BARE minimum work ethic. Dropped off a return package 2 weeks ago, and was NEVER received. So don’t bother with this place. Pretty sure they’re illegal in every shape or form.

Honestly this place depends on when and who is at the register. If you get the older lady shes good. I feel like some of the people there act like you not there and is racist cause any white person that walks in all of a sudden the people starts moving fast and takes them first even when I was there and they already working on my order. He never greeted me even when i greeted him but the white man walks in and all of a sudden he has some kind of sense now. have to figure out the schedule for the workers. I was in there for 25 minutes just getting a money order and sending it priority mail. They need to get younger people to work here cause the racist old people are about to croke.

(This is an initial review after paying $4 to have my 0.1 oz package delivered to a friend in Maine. Depending on what happens, I will amend my review. UPDATE: It's been 5 days since I dropped off the package and the tracking status still hasn't changed. I will be contacting the postmaster in Springfield and reporting them. If these people are handling mail on behalf of the USPS and intentionally not sending it or mishandling it, they are committing a federal crime.)I dropped my package off at this store three days ago. When I tried to track it via the sticker I was given as a receipt, it said "label created, not yet in system." How long do they hold the outgoing mail/packages given to them before going to the USPS? Is it picked up by USPS or is the store responsible for bringing them directly to USPS? I'm concerned that my package wasn't even sent.
