Is there anything less than one star? I’ve been sending things through eBay without issue for years. I bring my packages here the guy says it’s overweight you need a new label. Normally when this occurs I get billed eventually since I have a prepaid label. He told me I needed to print a new label and there was nothing he could do.
I thought in my head…. That doesn’t sound right. I went down the street to the other post office. They took the package without a problem. They weighed it too and didn’t mention it being overweight.
The other reviews on here are all terrible and very accurate. Also I had to put my packages through bulletproof glass. A nice little added touch.
Needless to say won’t be returning. I might actually fill out the survey they gave me on the receipt for the package they did take. I won’t be giving them a good score.

I went in to look for service, there were three people before me. Very attentive, optimal and fast service. If you go on pay days you have to wait longer but no more than 20 minutes in line.

Saturday hours are posted online and on the doors as 9-1. Got to the PO at 12:40 today and the doors were locked. Guy inside didn’t bat an eye. 4 other people arrived in the time I sat there, banging on the door, waving to him. He walks in the back and never came out again.

If I could put Zero stars I would. By far the worst experience I've had with trying to simply deliver a package. An older white guy was extremely rude from the moment I asked for help. Didn't want to weigh or provide any service and was rude the whole time. Prior before helping myself, he was rude to another Hispanic customer. Don't waste your time unless you feel like arguing.

80% of the time I'm supposed to get a package, I get a "Sorry we missed you!" slip instead. They never actually knock or anything. They ignore the slip when they come back and I've signed it and checked "leave package here" or whatever it is. They always tell me my package is at the main post office when I go down with the slip. It never is. For some reason they think my house is on the main office's route. It isn't. I end up going back and forth between the two for two hours, and finally they decide it must be out for delivery, regardless of whether I've asked them to hold it for pickup. This exact scenario has destroyed at least 20 hours of my life. It's almost farcical.

This branch doesn't even deserve 1 star. This morning, the desk clerk opened the doors at 8:08- no sense of urgency- they are terrible and I try to avoid at all costs. They are also the rudest employees I have ever come in contact with.
