The person who did my nails.. he did a pretty decent job like he actually showed little interest in doing them but however it was not what I expected i expected a cleaner finish but ended up with unfinished and bumpy nails

Not friendly staff the lady who did my nails was very rude and she doesn’t how to treat a customer and the amount I spent was like not worthy. She didn’t even care what i was talking and the whole thing is i expected something and i got totally something else.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a basic pedicure. I was early and I went in and the young lady had an attitude. First the water was cold when I told her it was cold. She made it so hot that when I put my foot in. I had to scream because it was too hot and I never got an apology from her. She had the worst attitude and she didn't have to cut my toenails because they didn't need clipping. All I needed was for my feet to wash. No Polish. And to scrub the dry skin which she did neither. She didn't need a rub lotion on my legs when it was over and because of her atrocious attitude. I refuse the tip her. I shouldn't even have paid, Because that was a waste of my $30.
Never going back there EVER!!!
Cleanliness: Bathroom was dirty with no paper towel to dry your hands.

Complete rip off since when is a gel manicure with natural nails 51.00. Then the pedicure I got was terrible. No tip and I won't be back.

I've been going hear for a few years now. The atmosphere is great. The staff are pleasant and friendly. They do a great job here. Tammy is my nail tech and she's great!
