Hands down the best vape shop I have ever been to. I walked in with little to now knowledge about anything other than I wanted to start. Megan took the time with me and walked me through everything. She answered every single question I had, even if I had already asked it 12 times prior. Each and every employee in that shop was excellent. Great sense of humor, great personalities and truly working just to help you out. I did not feel like they were trying to to take all of my money. They made sure I had just what I needed at that time. I can’t wait to go back when I need to change things out or try a different juice. I would recommend this shop to anyone who ever asks. Ten out of ten would recommend!

The prices are always on the higher side compared to other vape shops close by to this shop but they always have the best variety and the employees are knowledgable about the products they sell and then some. It seems like at other shops no one has a clue about anything I ever ask them. I just get the look as if they wanna say......" Dude, I just work here". I would def recommend checking Voltage out before I settle for any other selection of products at othernn

These guys have always been good to me. People need to realize that when these places are busy you can't always get 30mins to ask a million questions. These guys do the best they can while trying to give everyone the counter time they deserve.

Love this place! Although I usually deal with Charlie who is awesome, all the staff I have met have been welcoming and helpful. They have always spot on with flavors, batteries, devices, and the prices are great. It's a great spot to come in from the cold and centrally located in downtown. The conversations are truly entertaining. It's almost like a vape bar. They have couches and tables and there's always something on the TV THAT'S NOT THE NEWS! Can't say enough good about this place

The guy really wasn't very enthusiastic or most importantly, wasn't very helpful. Wasn't offering up any info on selection. I said I needed a vape to use in replacement of cigarettes. Within the whole shop he showed me one vape. I asked about some of the other ones I saw and he simply brushed me off, (murmuring the whole time) just had nothing knowledgeable to say. Clearly doesn't care about the line of work he's in. Unless you Know exactly what you want,..... Don't bother going in there. Whoa!! all these good reviews?? Where were these people when I went in?? And I had to go get my regular menthol liquid from the small convenience store near by. Again, the employee didn't try to match me up with a liquid that would be good for a menthol smoker, I was told "No, we only have some fruity menthol liquid" this guy did not give a f**k about me leaving satisfied or returning ever in the future. Just to throw it out there I'm very easily pleased... I was there to spend $ and was simply floored by the guy they had working this shop.

This is an awesome vape shop!! Go in and try what flavors you like, it's like a vape shop and a little vape bar. There are not many products this place doesn't have, well done voltage vape!
