Very rude and poor customer service

I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years. Both here in Massachusetts and when I lived in Florida. Never had a complaint. However; the Walgreens on St James, Chicopee, MA seems to have kinks in their pharmacy hours. Several times when I needed my medication, the pharmacy would be closed without notice. Then they cut their hours!! The staff was great and they had no control whatsoever over pharmacy hours. But they just became too unreliable. So. I switched to the Carew, St pharmacy in Springfield and it’s been smooth sailing!! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!

Anytime I go to this store I have to wait 20-30 mins just to get assistance with a locked product. Also if someone is stocking there is no one at the register for some reason meaning you wait another 10 mins just to cash out.

Very rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional Staff at the pharmacy (Carew Street location) These people should not be in customer service if they have a disdain for people and helping patients with their needs. However, I don’t think other locations are like this, but I’ve had TERRIBLE experiences here. I believe that CVS Pharmacy is a much better place!

overall good place good people pharmacy got my meds taking away cause they were controlled and i kept filling em early lol and i lost them from them calling back and fourth they were for anxiety i was abusing em but was treated like i was tbh sucked. I do love the workers
