Horrible place to work. It’s a cult. There’s a reason the turn over rate is sooo high!! I’ve heard upper management talk negatively about managers, case managers and clients multiple times… NOTHING is confidential here… if I could give it a zero I would…
Reached out to the CEO himself along with HR with NO RESPONSE, For the ongoing issues there vice president has been giving me by continuously speaking about me in meetings with other employees. I quit this job for a reason! The management here is absolutely TERRIBLE.

Wayfinder is an organization that should be close down because it does not serve any purpose. The funding should be directed in other organizations that can be more accountable and does a better job. It seems to never have any answer plus it is not foundational where user of government and private funding. Hopefully President Trump will eliminate this type of program.

I be waiting for a whole month, they denied the case because they said that i did fraud. I told the manager to show me the evidence and she say that i have to called champ because she doesn't have nothing to do with my case. I did call champ and they told me that they dont have nothing to do in my case. Everybody through their ball. Today i call my lawyer and he will take action in this case. If you can don't go here

My exspirence with Wayfinder has been nothing but joy.I went through the weekend classes for purchasing a home,In the weekend classes the price is $50.00 each class. They go over everything every step on purchasing your first home.
From closing and realtor even to inspection and attorney. There are so many banks that work with first time buyer and some that also
wayfinder can assist you with.I'm now looking into the home modification loan to get my sons batter remodeled from Wayfinder no cost out of my pocket only if I sell my home I would need to pay the loan back.Do know I'm a single parent a CNA, with 2 son with cognitive disorders IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN.BEST FOOT FOREWORD.
Jacqueline Luna is amazing with me on the modification loan so supportive. Also Frank Gomez the front manager thank you.

They have costed my family so much extra money while waiting for them to help play our mortgage bill. Now that we missed the deadline again the mortgage company wants 800 more. If wayfinder had sent the check over 2 months we would not be in this position. We paid our part like asked.

DO NOT RENT YOUR PROPERTIES THROUGH WAYFINDERS!
Wayfinders is an absolute joke of an organization. If you find yourself in a difficult situation with a tenant, do not expect them to help you in any meaningful way. You would think they’d do their best to support landlords—especially considering they wouldn’t have half the housing they manage without us.
I’m currently drowning in expenses due to a tenant who has violated our lease agreement more times than I can count and hasn’t made a rent payment in over a year. All I’ve asked from Wayfinders is a reasonable effort to mediate and help resolve the issue, but that support has never come.
If you’re a landlord, be extremely cautious about partnering with this program. I will never, in a million years, rent through Wayfinders again. I’ve worked my entire life to acquire these properties, and it’s a shame that those who make their mission possible—property owners—are treated with such disregard.
Wayfinders, you’ve lost our property, and I’m sure you’ll lose many more if you continue treating homeowners like this.

As a landlord they did not make the process easy. I had to make multiple trips to the office to get anything done. The front office staff are very helpful but the case works are not very responsive to communication either message or email. It took way too much effort to get a tenant into the apartment. If I had to do it again I will not. I hope this helps a landlord on what they are in for with this organization.

Wayfinders is an excellent organization! They have helped me out with Rental Assistance so much when I needed it, I can’t thank them enough. Any time I call the employees there are so nice and helpful. I just talked to a wonderful person named Danissa who took the time to answer all my questions. She was awesome and so is Wayfinders! They really help people who need it.
