The new password update on my Xfinity, Comcast mail, caused major issues with the email on my phone. After four hours and three Xfinity techs, I was still unable to send an email from my phone.I decided to try the Xfinity store on Boston Road in Springfield. It took 45 minutes to figure it out, but Bob was able to solve the problem. I wish I had gone to the store much earlier than I did. Thank you, Bob, for your great service. You deserve a raise.

It is impossible to speak with a live person. Even their 'chat' can't answer my questions but still will not connect me to a person! Spent 2 hours trying and gave up. They have had too many data breaches because of the failure of the Citrix server. I do not recommend Xfinity, owned by Comcast. Marilyn Bennett

Every time Xfinity gets breached they do something to our accts. This time they set up autopay without my authorization. This is Fraud! Once they have your banking information when you make a payment they keep it in their system. BEWARE OF XFINITY TACTICS! REPORT FRAUD!

Initially I gave them three stars since they were very nice in the store but today I was notified that the item I returned still appeared on my bill. So I had to speak with someone again to make sure it was taken off the account. I’m honestly not even sure it has been taken off the account. Customer service is horrendous and the employees are incompetent. If there is another provider in the area go with them over these guys. You will be glad you did.

i just got off of the phone with a comcast rep. and may bring legal action against comcast. a foreign white substance began spewing out of the tv remote less than a year ago and i informed comcast reps and there robots several times about this problem that i did not create. it was there remote and the agent wants to charge me for another remote even though i did not cause the issue, therefore i feel my only recourse is to contact a lawyer or other legal rep. in an attempt to resolve this issue with there defective remote.

Went thier to change service from another provider and upgrade our phones. We told the sales rep Steven, me and my wife's phones are the important ones to upgrade and my daughter's could wait coz she wants the new iPhone when it comes out. He had us pick out the phones and told us we were approved for all 3 and gave us the price for down payments and monthly charges, but at the end I had to wait for mine because it was out of stock. A month later it's back in stock so we go down thier just to be told we're not approved for it and have to buy it outright ? so he literally lied to us about it and says we have to wait another 3 months to get it. So now we're waiting on a manager to call us Monday or Tuesday. If your gonna go thier in person if suggest staying away from him because obviously honesty isn't a priority for him.
