“I recently received a coupon for a free card via email from Hallmark to redeem in store. When I tried to bring up the email at the register, I could not do it because there was no cellular signal nor was there any Wi-Fi. The staff advised me to go outside to the parking lot and try to pick up WiFi from a nearby store. Really?! I did as suggested in the cold windy evening without any luck.
To the corporate office: Install Wi-Fi for your customers so we may use the coupon you sent us via email. I will be contacting The Paper Store’s Customer Service with this issue as well.”

“The candles smell good and not overwhelming, they’re also 100% soy wax which is nice as it’s not always easy to find. They were wrapped really carefully and neatly, and they arrived safely in pristine condition. I live far from MA and the regular shipping was quick enough using USPS, it didn’t take longer than a week, and the shipping fee was reasonable. I do love supporting small businesses, and this store delivers with good quality and care. They also sell other pretty crafts and goods from local artists, listed on their website and worth checking out. Would highly recommend this store!”
