“After an exhausting work day, went to move tools from an old shop to a new storage site. In the process of me getting my tools from the old shop, I got stuck on ice at the shop site with a 26’ U-Haul box truck which had a bald rear tire while trying to back in front of the bay. It was fairly late and been a long day and figured the wisest decision was to call in for seasoned assistance. I called Tom (11-11 Motors) and he came within an hour and promptly got us unstuck and adjusted accordingly to prevent any more hurdles for what we were there to do and to exit later on and his rate was quite fair. Highly recommend calling him for small or great situations when in a tight situation, whether it be towing, recovery or just help getting unstuck like us.God speed,- Patrick S.”

“Amazing experience. Cathy was awesome. She took care of everything. She contacted my insurance company and took care of the quotes and getting them to my claims adjuster. Any other issues were taken care of by them. I barely talked to my insurance company. She also took care of the rental car. She found me different companies with different rates. She worked with my insurance to get me the best deal. When the accident caused more damage than expected they contacted my insurance company and got the extra money for repairs without me doing anything. When my car was finished all I had to do was drop off the rental car to them and they handled that as well. I didn't even have to deal with the rental company at all!! Awesome company. Awesome customer service. And the body work was great. They even detailed the inside of my car. I highly recommend.”
