“I had several items that I needed to return to other companies and I didn't look forward to having to go to more than one place to do it. The young man who helped me with my initial returns was able to take care of all the products I had to return. That was just great! That's what I call service.”
“I went in yesterday to ship an Apple watch back to the factory, and Apple had given me a fedex QR code, which I had taken the day before to a Walgreens as they have a Fedex shipping service inside the drug store. But when I got to Walgreens, and showed them the QR code, they said it could not be read, and I had to drive about 70 miles to a full Fedex Center. I called Apple and begged for another code but they said they could not change the label they had sent, so I complained it was not a label but just a QR code. The next day I tried Barrington Pack and Ship hoping it might work, and once again, I stood at the counter while the staff tried and failed to be able to read the QR code. But then, the son (owner/co-owner) of the store said he would try and help me. I pulled up the email---there was no label, only a QR code and he started pressing tapping on the phone with speed and confidence, until he was able to pull up an actual label, which he printed and put on the package. After about two weeks of being unable to drive 70 miles, I found a shipping center that knew their stuff and were eager to help. And I was elated! I cannot say enough good things about this shipping center---they are skilled, helpful, and have the kind of expertise to navigate the complexities of electronic labels. I will use them all the time for my shipping needs---they are great!”
“I only give this a 5 star because my mail girl Amanda is a blessing to the post office and myself. BUT. whoever is covering for her would get less than a one star. I put a letter in the mail with a check in it.and put the flag up. on Sat. the mail never came when I checked. I called a neighbor and she said it was late, around 2:30 or 3 oclock, Amanda is always around noon. So I went back up to check, the flag was half down, the door to the mailbox was open. my letter was still there, never picked up. and it was soaking wet because the door was left open in a bad rain storm. SOOOo. I dried it out and Monday, put it back in the box WITH THE FLAG UP. nothing. around 6pm went to see if they took it but didn't put the flag down. Nope. No mail, no pick up. I called my neighbor, yes they had gotten their mail. What is Up? Am I supposed to drive to town to mail a letter? I didn't get that news, if thats the case oh yeah I wouldn't if you mailed it on the weekend. grrrrrrr. I am handipcapped and its difficult to get to town. But Tuesday I am bringing it over so it gets Mailed. Amanda must be on vacation or it would have been picked up today. Must be the same one covering that did the weekend.”

“In contrast to larger locations, the Great Barrington USPS Office provides professional and personable service. It’s reassuring that there are still people like Henry and Leanna, who helped me today.”
