This hardware store has the absolute most cheerful and helpful employees. They've never failed to give me good advice on a project (when I ask). They even allowed me to return a partially opened product that didn't work out. A+++++ service.

don’t usually leave many reviews, but I felt compelled to for Bob. He’s helped my fiancée countless times and always goes above and beyond. He’s the only one I trust for paint matching and advice—truly one of a kind. You just don’t find service like his anymore.

Excellent service. I went there to sharpen a mower blade. It cost only $6 and took about an hour. Very courteous staff.

This is like what old time hardware stores were like, but in a new building.They will help you for as long as you need, whether you’re buying a 20 cent screw or a custom paint color.

I don't know why I took so long to review them.
This place is awesome, you will find things here that you can't find at the big box stores.
Prices are competitive.
If you need assistance you will get it immediately, unlike the big box stores.
Also they refill your propane tank, Which means you get a full tank not a three quarter tank like the tank exchange places for the same price.

Thanksgiving Weekend 2022...two friends and I were in Stoneham for the Greater Boston Stage Company's production of"Little Women, The Musical" and we had some time to kill since we had planned for possible bad traffic along the way. We ended up milling around the theater area to browse. Voilà Spartan Paint & Supply! The guys inside were very welcoming, personable, helpful, and kind and it was open and it was warm inside. We were not looking to buy anything, but all three of us ended up finding something that we needed and all made purchases. I skipped the complimentary fresh popcorn, but I did score a free calendar on the way out the door! Terrific store...so much variety...impressive collection of YETI products, too. Definitely worth the trip on its own. An awesome experience.
