I feel disappointed in this store. I have been a customer for years. I felt that all the staff were stressed. A girl spoke to me in Spanish. She made me wait a long time and did not solve my problem. She left me talking to myself and left. I do not recommend this place. I think that as customer we deserve better service As I could see everyone was stressed

Went in to buy an air filter, price on shelf said 17.99 register rang up 23.49. Employee wouldn't fix the price.

Frank at the register is so great!! What a nice guy. I’ve been in here a few times, and I’ve had a great experience everytime. When I went to look through the catalogue to find out what wipers I needed, Frank said offered to look them up for me, just because he saw me approach the book. He’s always good with advice.

I express my sincere gratitude to JR and Jim Butters for their invaluable assistance today. While on my way home, my RAV4 experienced a sudden electronics failure, prompting me to seek help at AutoZone. JR promptly inspected my vehicle, identifying a displaced belt. With JR's expertise and the tools graciously provided by Jim, my coworker and I successfully reinstalled the belt. After a battery recharge, the car started, allowing me to reach home safely. A heartfelt thank you to JR and Jim for their exceptional service—undoubtedly deserving of a well-earned 5-star review!

Nick is amazing! He helped me to get the OBD results. Showed me possible options and even suggested a place that he has a great reference! One of the best AutoZone I ever been and he is so friendly and honest guy! RAISE FOR THE NICK

I went in almost a year ago now to read the engine code that was popping up. The employee (I forget who), was kind and helpful with information on the engine code, and even had a mechanic recommendation for European cars!

recently came into the Stoneham store to purchase a battery for my Nissan Murano, Luckely for me J.R.was behind the counter, he wasfriendly, patient ,and very very knowledgeable as to what I needed and my options, Im so used to getting horrible or no service that I had to write to you and let you know how impressed I am with J.R.thanks again, Ill be back and will pass on the good review

Terrible experience! I went in to ask for a battery replacement. I was told by the cashier that they had the battery in stock, I then asked if I could have it installed. An older gentleman who wasn’t even helping me walked over and said “no”. The cashier said that there wasn’t enough help. Seems odd how the other reviewers got there battery installed with no issue. I went to Advanced Auto Parts immediately after going to this Auto Zone and had my battery installed in no time.

Jim helped me take apart my key fobs for my Honda Crv and find the right batteries and replace them. Then he helped me put them back together when I took one of them apart wrong. He was very patient and helpful! Wonderful experience!
