There offer a few fragrances that seem to be very popular and that run out before the season begins. Fresh Balsam and Fireplace for example. I don't shop here a lot, but I made the mistake of buying one of their Wallflower dispensers and have yet to find a fragrance I like. And I buy a lot of candles. They see to have mostly very sweet scents. Not my thing. I've called multiple locations this season and all are out of the same scents. So now I have an expensive dispenser and nothing to dispense. I won't be shopping here again.

The one star review is strictly for the manager. I normally never had any issues coming to this or really any bath and body. However, it seems like their customer service has declined and the manager can care less about any issues that arise (she does not have a solution but makes you seem more like an annoyance). The employees were extremely nice and gave their all to help. When they looked for the manager for her help, her reply was "there's nothing I can do" and walks away. No apology. No solution. Does not seem to even care. I thought the manager was supposed to set the example for employees to follow but it seems like the employees care more than the manager does.

The women that work at this location are not very nice . I tried to get my birthday freebie gift which stated that on my bday I get a free travel size item for being a member. I did everything correct , showed them the app , and my profile ..and the poster advertising how members are gifted every year on your Birthday . I even offered to show them my iD - valid I.D. to show it was my birthday . They let me stand there for 45 minutes while I tried looking for an “email” that never came and all they said was without it they couldn’t help me . SMH . Neither one of them even wished me a happy birthday and I walked out empty handed . Not friendly .

Friendly staff, much better designed of a store compared to Burlington mall. I liked the hand cream scent of Sapphire Moon. I'm not a huge fan of buying their product with how hazardous it is. But plenty of smells and options for those that don't care. Plenty of parking - but for Handicap you have to find the spot more near the Marshalls door.

in all honesty if i could give this place more stars i would. i just got the job here at b&bw about a week ago and everyone i have met is super friendly and very nice. the managers are very kind and understanding. what i love the most about working there is seeing my customers happy with the products they chose and just seeing them be happy in general. i absolutely love to see my customers happy ❤️ i just wish more people would come into our store because there always some kind of really good deals going on and amazing scents! thank you bath and body works for giving me this opportunity to work with you all!! i’ve wanted this job since i was 15 and now i’m 18!! and i’m looking forward too more scents, more customers, and getting more hours!!!
