Someone tell me why there aren't two clearly marked lanes??! One for cars with the gas tank on the left and one for cars with tanks on the right. There's a line extending through the entire parking lot and 6 pumps open! Its crazy.

Every time I've gone here for the last 4 years......
There's many pumps.... 12 of them to be exact....
Every time there's at least two cars in line for the "driver's side" pumps also known as the even numbered pumps.... 2,4,6,8,10 &12....
There's always four to five available in "passenger's side" pumps... 1,3,5,7,9 & 11.... 10 cents higher than Haverhill, Norwood & 15cents high then Nashua...
So if you travel a lot for work don't bother going here until they install on the odd numbered pumps the pump extensions...
Today I was dangerously low on gas to make it to Haverhill... The farewell I haven't been there in 2 months so hopefully they installed the pump extensions to reach both sides of cars... Needless to say no they did not..
It took me 20 minutes to get the 2 gallons of gas to make it to the better location... Go and turn I won't be back for another year or two and I will continue to utilize my BJ's membership at the location near my employment and near my family... AND NOT THE ONE 1 MILE FROM MY HOME!!!

Since they started forcing everyone to pull through straight and not back up to a pump a couple years back the line is always so long and you have to wait in it regardless of what side your filler neck is on. I understand wanting order, they should get the pump hoses that can extend to both sides of the car if that's the case.

BJs management could fix the problems with this gas station setup. Yes, the gas is priced below all other local options, and that is why I started coming here a few years ago. I still come, but I hate the experience.
For a few years, they allowed people to back their car into a free pump depending on which side was available. Therefore, the line moved fairly quickly, it was always fair, because there is only one line and the first person got the next spot, and it was efficient because all the bays were utilized.
A number of months ago, they stopped that, claiming insurance liability. I don't buy that story. I think we can turn around without hitting someone. Now, there are always open bays because there is only one line and more cars have drivers side fuel inlet. I've been to other BJs gas stations where they allow it or manage it much better.
They could invest in longer gas hoses like Costco has. They could create two lines, one for right side gas and one for left. They could hire nicer workers who don't yell at the customers. They could put up signs to make it clear what is going on for new customers, then maybe the workers wouldn't have to yell. They could redesign the approach so that warehouse shoppers don't get blocked in.
I guess I can use these moments to develop my patience. And again, they do have inexpensive gas, compared to other stations around. Good luck getting in and out of there.

The worst gas service in the entire BJ's chain. Bj's urgently needs to change gas station staff. There have been many problems, including verbal fights and strong arguments against clients and other people. I don't recommend this bj's they should close it.

Great discount, especially with BJ's credit card, generally a line but moves pretty quickly. People don't realize that you can stretch the hose so can park on either side of gas pump. If more people did this line would be gone!

The line of cars is so long. I had bought gas at Costco in Dedham and because the gas station has its own area, does not block other cars from coming in just to shop. Unfortunately, senior management at BJ's don't care about you. If I could, I would give it a NEGATIVE 5 STARS.
