“While I love Market Street, there aren’t many toddler-friendly stores. Enter Carhartt, a brand I was familiar with but seldom shopped. Now, it’s a must-visit every time my family and I go to Market Street.
Why? The staff have gone above and beyond to bring joy to my son. When he started to walk, they offered him stickers from a random sticker book someone had behind the cash wrap. This turned into them ordering special stickers for him (and other children now benefit too). He has befriended the entire staff, so much so that if we pass by the store, he asks to go in and see Meg, who started the friendship. She, along with Harry, Max, Sophie, Ryan, etc., have made my son smile from ear to ear. And, because we know how friendly and wonderful they are to him, my husband and I have expanded our wardrobe to include far more many Carhartt pieces.
If all Carhartt stores had the Lynnfield staff, I can only imagine the additional revenue and incredible customer experiences you’d provide.

“Wow, we had been having a swimsuit crisis (this happens every year with my daughter, who is now 11 years old but has gone through puberty a bit earlier and is **VERY** sensitive about her body) where nothing works, and a woman on staff (maybe manager?) swept in and SAVED the day! She knew JUST what to say to sell my daughter on finally trying (another) swimsuit (we had to order it from home, full coverage high waisted swim bottoms, but it's on the way!). I am seriously so thankful to this staffer! She was like our swimsuit fairy godmother.”

“Wonderful customer service and a wide selection of items. I was specifically looking for a special Jellycat that was rereleased and the shipping was super fast even though I essentially live across the country from them. Really good price too and included free shipping! When there was issues with my address, they made sure to reach out and correct it before shipping so I had no issues with shipment. Overall a wonderful experience, I would definitely buy from here again :) Also I just had to share this pic, they wrapped him up so cute and it honestly made my day to open and see him packaged with such care. “I went to this Old Navy location on Monday when they had the 50% discount with their credit card. I hadn't been to this store in awhile, I have shopped at other stores. The customer service was A+. I was approached by a Manager shortly after I entered and she helped me find pants. I was also helped by another sales associate on the floor.
The woman at checkout was friendly and helpful. I will be going back there soon.”

This store has such a variety of beautiful and unusual products at all price points that I always find something that I think is the perfect gift. The salespeople are beyond pleasant—personable and EXTREMELY helpful altho I can be very, very fussy/choosy! They are very patient and take time with every customer. And they wrap and mail gifts very quickly. I wouldn’t buy baby/children’s gifts anywhere else! A+ experience each and every time!”

“Reliable and affordable spot for cute clothes for little ones. The quality is very nice and holds up well enough to be passed down to younger friends or siblings if they've got 'em. I wish there were fewer super-gendered graphic designs, but as things are, everything is brightly colored and appealing and my son loves it (and every once in a while, one of those graphic items will be so adorable that it's heartbreaking to give it up when your kid grows out of it). Even if nothing here otherwise appeals to you, the fleece drawstring pants are the best and warmest thing your kiddo can wear in the winter, and are always worth stocking up on. A lot of other baby clothes shops at a lower price point than this do not have clothes with as nice of a fabric or as sturdy of a seaming as Carter's, and Carter's is not expensive in the first place. So anyway - solid shop, nice and patient customer service, non-annoying traffic nearby. Kind of a no-brainer if you have little ones or are shopping for someone else's.”
“They are very helpful and have a lot of clothes to include christening outfits. They don’t have a lot for toddlers or kids, but they have tons of clothes for 0-12 months. The customer service is great and the quality of clothes are good. They are pricey, but you pay for what you get and it’s good quality.”
