The staff at the Cubesmart facility in Stoneham, MA was professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. They always provided the service requested and gave tips on improving my storage rental. I would give them a five star if the review covered only the staff. My issue which reduced the rating to 3 stars was the manner in which Cubesmart captures customers with attractive offers and then ruthlessly increases prices once they have you as a customer. My rental started eight years ago at less than $200 and ended this year with a $45 increase that brought the monthly price close to $400. Had it not been so inconvenient to relocate to another much cheaper storage facility I would have. Lesson learned was dispose and not store superfluous items.

Holly has a boat load of information to give you and she does it with style and flair. She does not make you feel stupid of you are not technologically inclined and that is big for me!

The facilities are clean and well maintained, the building is secure yet easy to access but the customer service I experienced was 5 star, top notch! I had the pleasure of working with both Kristen and Holly and both deserve a big shout out and huge accolades. During a stressful time in my life, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the unit availabilty and facility. This could be expected but it was delivered in a style that was both professional and understanding - a rare combination in customer service. All my questions and concerns were answered. They truly cared and ensured everything was handled efficiently. I was in great hands and so happy I ended up here.

The space was easy to access and clean and the staff in the office was always friendly and helpful. We would still be customers except that the rent for the unit increased by 40% in a two year period and we found an alternative nearby for half the cost.

Very helpful and showed me different sized units. Let me talk out loud as I was thinking size and was not annoyed by it it at all! Answered a variety of questions from month to month or locking in for a set term so I could make the best decision for my circumstances!
