Eastern Bank provides excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful small town feel. Customers feel like family and like they matter, no matter their account size. The bank is knowledgeable and helpful for setting up accounts, getting the best rates, and timely communication. They are reliable in resolving issues and helpful for major steps like getting a home. Many customers have banked there for many years. The Stoneham location is also dog friendly.
