Jeremy at montvale ave stoneham office (where stoneham Plaza used to be) is EXCELLENT. a great asset to your company. Professional, kind and patient. I couldnt figure out lock and kept getting lost in the aisles on my first couple of visits He never made me feel stupid even though I felt it. He reassured this happens to alot of people. Easy to talk to, friendly, how customer service should be. Helped me get the best deal at beginning and as I went along. I used storage from spring until fall.

The storage unit was clean & worked great for what we needed. Unfortunately, the management team uses a bait a switch pricing strategy - be ware! The price I signed up for increased within the first three months with no good reason and then this continued each three months thereafter, reaching a 100% increase within 10 months of singing the contract, therefore doubling the cost as compared to what I signed up for. Needless to say - we've moved our stuff out of the unit and will not be using Easy Storage in the future...
