If you want to get screwed, go here. Terrible service oil change takes forever. They do not rotate your tires. You cannot watch them while they’re doing it and they return your car with different tires that are threaded and tell you you need new tired and try to sell up. No Gracias.

We arrived at Goodyear today at 5:40 PM after getting a flat tire that went from full to flat almost instantly. Since we were close by, we stopped in, hoping for help. They close at 6:00 PM, and there were no other customers, so we thought it wouldn’t be an issue—especially since this was an emergency that had just happened.
We had a full-size spare that came with our truck, but the employee claimed he couldn’t get it off. This is a tire shop. I don’t understand the lack of knowledge—or the attitude. We didn’t choose to get a flat 20 minutes before closing, and we would have gladly paid for a new tire if needed. Instead, after leaving us waiting for over 45 minutes, he basically told us he couldn’t help and suggested we just drive home on it. The tire was literally at 0 PSI. That is not safe, and it could have damaged our rim. Thankfully, we’re not idiots and knew better than to take that reckless advice.
So there we were—two women, alone, in the dark and cold, trying to figure out what to do. We ended up calling AAA, but the service tech didn’t have the right tools. Then we had to call a tow truck. What should have been a simple fix turned into us getting home close to midnight—all because an employee at a tire shop refused to help with a tire.
What really gets me is that we were literally sitting in the lobby talking about coming back for a full set of tires. We could have been long-term customers. But after the eye-rolling and dismissive attitude, that definitely won’t be happening. Even if he truly couldn’t get the spare off, he could have offered a solution—sell us a tire, help us make a plan, something. Instead, he was more concerned about clocking out, acting like we deliberately got a flat just to ruin his evening.
Terrible customer service. We were left out in the cold—literally and figuratively.

Every time I’ve worked with Jason whether on the sales side or checking me in for service of my vehicle…he has always been polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He’s the shining star of this place. It’s not often you find someone of this caliber in today’s world.

Been going here for 5+ years for several reasons. Lorenzo and Al are extremely knowledgeable, straight shooters with a great sense of humor. Had an 8 a.m. appointment to replace one tire and was assured that it would be done by the end of the day - which should be more than enough time for a tire specialist. Called mid afternoon and was reassured. End of day and no call. Called the next morning and was told I was the next car. When asked why it was not already on a lift the manager said that they would not be rushed and would do it right.
Upon picking up my car I asked whether the new tire had been relocated from the front to the rear as is a customary best practice. I was told no, we just put the tire where it was replaced. I was then asked to sign for the work without being given an opportunity to review the invoice.
I contacted customer service and after they spoke with the manager was told to call to arrange for moving the tire to the rear at a time of my convenience, and refunded the tire installation (a whopping $32,50). I did so, but at no time did the manager acknowledge the inconvenience or poor service.
After reviewing the invoice I noticed that I had also paid for road hazard protection ($22,99) that I was unaware of and would not have if I had known.
To summarize, poor management leads to poor service. Also, do not sign anything unless you have read it. Stay away from this location.

I wish I had looked at all the 1 star reviews this shop already had for poor customer service which is what I received. They seemed annoyed I had booked an appt online because they already had an appt at that time..which I did not know. I called to check on my car 3+ hours later and they said they didn’t have time to look at it yet. Once they finally called me back with the issue it was so late in the day nothing could be done nor did I want to continue working with them. I was never called that it was ready for me to pick up had to just go and was not greeted just handed the keys. They said they were short staffed which I can understand but being rude when the customer is not is unacceptable and I will not be returning here.

Scheduled a oil change a couple days ago at 10am and was done 4:30pm,good job Today I returned to another service but the front desk guy doesn’t know nothing,also his cellphone is more important than help the costumers,

This old man at the front desk was very rude and judging me from the very first step i took through the door. He was helpful to the white man ahead of me. But when it was my turn to get help, he was very rude and arrogant towards me. I'm asian and im sure that he was being RACIST towards me. Wish i got his name.

Terrible place. The old person at the desk was extremely rude and not nice to customers. He was very unhelpful and ignorant and not understanding. I would understand if his wife left him. Useless Lorenzo.

Lorenzo was great. Had a flat and they were able to take me in same day and replace all 4 of my tires within 2 hours for a fair price.

Lazy tech who would either talk or text on his phone while working on my car for the whole entire 2 hours just to do an oil change (no tires rotation). Would never bring my business to your location 1 more time.

Lorenzo at the front desk booked an appointment for me at 3PM. I waited over 2 hours for him to say “we can’t get to your car today” and gave me my keys and sent me out. Don’t come here if you want good service. He had no remorse and never apologized once for anything. Lorenzo has no clue what “customer service” means and apparantly can’t even run a calendar. Terrible establishment. Please do yourself a favor and never come here.

Very disappointed from this location!Definitely is a good tire brand but the service not that good because they can’t do the alignment in a proper way! Still having issue while I drive the car.

Ordered tires and wheel alignment online and scheduled an early appointment right when they open. When I got there, I was behind another person, which was unfortunate. Seems like they double booked and was understaffed at that hour. The staff at the counter said a couple of his staffs called in late. I had to wait in the waiting area for pretty much the entire morning for my car to finish. After I got my car back, I realized that they swapped out my nice metal valve caps on my tires for cheap plastic ones. The wheel alignment report was not very informative and based on what I can make out, it seems like they might have made some of the alignment angles worst. While driving highway speeds, I find that the car drifts to the left when my steering wheel is directed straight. I have to turn my steering slightly right to go straight at highway speed. Plus they didn't get the tire pressure to my car's correct spec. The guy at the counter took his time to tell me about the rebates I can get online which I appreciate. But overall, it had been a disappointing experience from waiting so long, having my nice valve caps switched out, and the worsen alignment. The wait room was also small. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this spot. I would drive alittle further for a shop with better reputation.

We have been going to this facility for some years with good serviceToday we made an appointment for an oil change at 11:30. Left the car and came back at 2:15 and they had not started the work yet. We had to leave.Apparently they were short of workers today. But this could have been communicated while making reservation or when dropped off the car or anytime while they were experiencing delays. We wasted a lot of time driving there.
