High Q Auto Body - AMAZING!
These guys recently fixed the bumper and undercarriage to our Infiniti QX60. Insurance estimate was around $7,500 of damage and High Q fixed it better than new. The accident knocked forward cameras off alignment and High Q coordinated with the dealer to get this fixed, saving us time. All we had to do was drop off the car and two weeks later it was fixed like new. The shop is run professionally and with integrity that shows in the work. High Five for High Q!

My 2018 BMW 240i was in excellent shape after 6 years, except for the clear coat on the front fascia. The clear coat was apparently less well done by the manufacturer of the front fascia than was the rest of the car. High Q Auto Body did an excellent job of repainting the fascia and applying a new clear coat. They also completely detailed the entire exterior. It looks fantastic. The price was fine considering all of the labor and materials involved.

In the past year, due to a case of bad luck, we’ve made three trips with two cars to High Q. I’m nutty about where I bring any vehicle for service and first impressions are based on cleanliness of the shop, because if the staff cares about their personal workspace, they’ll care about my car. Helio and CJ are so easy to work with. They’re communication is crystal clear and their patience was appreciated as I battled for days on end with my insurance company, because they taught me what the codes on appraisals really meant, which insured the replacement parts were of the highest quality. Their quality of work is immaculate. There’s not a single sign that any body work was completed, and while I hope my visits are fewer over the days to come, I wish them nothing but the best, because you won’t find many people who care as much about their business and reputation as these guys.

This is the 2nd time I’ve brought my car to HighQ - and I am so grateful to have found it.
In addition to being very convenient to coffee shops and the train station - the men are very professional and nice. They go out of their way with customer service.
And then there’s the work of coordinating with appraiser and insurance company y. Impeccable.
Just got my car back. Not only does the area fixed look like new (and this is a 10 year old car!) - but they have also cleaned the inside impeccably!
You can’t go wrong with HighQ. Men of their word.

I shopped around and these guys were the most professional and were able to complete the job in a more reasonable amount of time compared to other shops in the area. My car looked better after they did the work than it did before the mishap that brought me to the shop! The price was fair and they were so accommodating and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again (although I hope I don't have to!). Highly recommend!

after I managed to do some body damage in the snow, CJ and High Q team were able to quickly get a fender replaced and you couldn’t see any difference in the “paint blending”. thank you for making the car look great again!

Just picked my car up -- it looks like brand new. Great work, thanks!! Even better: their location is a pick-up spot for my short term rental car from Enterprise so I didn't have to enlist friends or Lyft to help me shuffle cars around.

I cannot recommend more! I am a college student and I use my car daily to get to and from school. I was in an accident and had my driver door and fender replaced here. Not only did they fix my car within a DAY, but they also did it for a better price than anywhere else. The guys there do a great job and my car looks brand new. I could not be happier. They are honesty and sympathetic which is sadly hard to find in the automotive industry nowadays. Will come again!

I took my car to High Q Autobody in Concord to be assessed by an insurance appraiser. It took a few days. I found out later that they were charging $150 per day merely for keeping the car on their premises. This was never disclosed at the time they agree to take the car.

Really great work. Our car had a puncture that required a new door. High Q provided a very reasonable estimate, ordered the parts ahead of time, and completed the work in just a few days. Our car looks like new. Highly recommend.
